Octopus Energy is great. They have reasonable prices, great online facilities to keep an eye on your account…. and wonderful customer service as I found out today when I needed to order a hard copy of my online bill and Sophie was there to sort me out in a trice with friendly and efficient grace.
Best company and customer service
I am with London power octopus energy. I used to pay for both electricity and gas £75 per month but I have less use so they reduced it to £55 per month. Which saves me from pre pay account plus I have recently compared with other suppliers too. But I see they are cheaper. Also they good customer service. I was scared after joing seeing some Facebook comments. But I see they are not true. I highly recommend them. They have very good tarif rate.
Excellent service
I am looking to move my electricity meter to facilitate creating a downstairs toilet under the stairs. The service I received via email was prompt, courteous and answered the questions I asked first time. The lady I dealt with was very helpful, friendly and a credit to her organisation
Very speedy service
We had clocked up quite a bit of credit on our account, so I asked if I could have some of it back. Sophie Fuller was on the case immediately, and had transferred it within the hour of my asking. As others have said, it's very easy to submit meter readings, and see your account, and as I've found today, be refunded very quickly if need be. Very happy to recommend London Power to anyone.

i must say i have been impressed with London power. Firstly if i have phoned, it was picked up quickly (impressed ). Always quick to give advise.shame about the big jump nearly £400.00.this year From what i hear not there fault. So London Power keep going

A great customer facing experience
A great customer facing experience. The online tools are excellent, you get an email and can click on the link to get straight into account. When there was a discrepancy or meter issues it was easy to get in touch by phone and email and the problem was sorted immediately, no waiting around. Serena and Daniel were most helpful and professional every time I needed help. And this feedback is from somebody who does not write reviews, good or bad.
London Power - the best customer service you can ever get !
I find London Power’s customer service amazing. through the years I have always switched to a different provider looking for the best deal, this time I want to stay only because the care and best customer service in the energy market. I spoke to few people and they are all polite patient and above all super knowledgeable. I would like to mentioned Nehru in particular who provided amazing customer service, his attention to detail is remarkable. He really cares helping me save money on energy offering creative solutions. In the past I have asked many time to fit a smart meter but this was always rejected as for resources. With London power there was no issue , I will get mine installed next week. Overall fantastic people providing great service fast and efficient.
