I was surprised by the amount of snags which were listed in the final report, although I initially picked up a few minor snags the inspectors were complete and much more detailed. Thanks again.

Mark provided the inspection and was very thorough, he provided us an overview of what to expect, answered all our questions and found many snags that we definitely would not have had a clue to look for. David and the team were so friendly, professional, thorough and accommodating. I was worried we’d be in for a world of “why are you buying a new build, this place is falling down” but his critique was framed in a positive way 😂 in all seriousness, the thoroughness of his work was invaluable and a service that too many people think they can do themselves then get burnt! I can vouch for the fact that their report was immense and extensive and took our minds off the worry that we might miss something. 2.5 hours in a 2 x bed flat is no joke - they’re experience in new builds is a game changer for many first time buyers, and bringing this team in will reassure you that you definitely can’t do what they do, by yourself! I highly recommend them. Worth every penny (and then some, considering the amount they save you in snags!)

The surveyor Jason did a very comprehensive report. He was very efficient and careful. He phoned us before sending his written report so that he could discuss his findings in depth. Some of the snags we had already seen, but most we had not noticed. I would certainly recommend Newbuild and will use them again.

Very helpful throughout the process even though we had to change the visit date on several occasions due to the new build delays. Would certainly recommend for anyone buying a new house.

I was extremely pleased with the meticulous inspection and subsequent report produced by the surveyor from New Build Inspections.

As a Doctor empathy is something that is crucial to ones practice, being completely naive around buying my first home being bullied practically by Estate Agents - along came Lorraine from New Build Inspections. My mind obviously is elsewhere during this pandemic we have all lost so much, I felt completely let down by the sellers, bullied into decisions without making informed decisions as I was always given limited information and being led to believe they are acting in my best interests - I was wrong & the red lights started going off. Lorraine was a breath of fresh air, she has single handedly given me a massive confidence boost, helpful tips and streamlined what needs to get done. An empathic lady who was there to help someone and not just think business first. Superb!

I contacted New Build Inspections just before I moved into my new property, their freindly and helpful staff talked me through the process and booked me a convenient appointment. Martyn who carried out the inspection was professional and with a wealth of experience reassured me that spending money on an inspection would be worth it! Martyn has also answered some ad hoc questions I forgot to ask on the day. My report was produced quickly and the team were happy to make suggested amends. Overall a very professional, efficient and invaluable service, would highly reccomend.
