This company produced a really exhaustive list of snagging issues and we're extremely straightforward to book, they asked key clarifying questions to ensure that the snagging inspection would be permitted by the developers and even liased with them to make sure this permission was granted.

So, I used this business for my snagging survey on my new house. Thought it was great value at the time. However, many months on, I've identified myself a number of issues that the snagger probably should have picked up on - including blocked weepholes, walls put of tolerance in the kitchen, unlevel window boards l, the list goes on so frankly feel like I've been robbed on this. Wouldn't recommend.
