We recently booked new build inspections to perform a snagging inspection at our new 3 build detached house. Our inspector was Ryan. He was amazing, on time, punctual and very professional. His knowledge and information about a new house was incredible and we couldn’t fault him at all. A credit to the company. The inspection was between 2-3 hours. The report was submitted a few days later which included photos with all snags identified. I would highly recommend new build inspections for anyone buying a new house.

A really first class service. From start to finish everything was done in a timely and efficient manner. Our inspector was professional and clearly very knowledgeable. We would never have been aware of many of the issues drawn to our attention. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to other potential users.

Professional, friendly and efficient service from New Build Inspections. I was surprised by the level of detail and the types of issues that were picked up in the snagging report. I certainly wouldn't have noticed or thought to check a number of issues that were reported, so it was worthwhile having someone in the know conduct a survey. It should also save me time and hassle in the future as these issues can (hopefully) be actioned in bulk by the developer now, rather than me uncover issues one by one in the weeks/months/years to come.

I had been advised by family and friends to get a professional snag survey done, as it had been one their regrets when it came to their own experience of buying a new house, with years of issues as a result of something that could have been rectified early on. Without a doubt, it was well worth the money; I don't do snag surveys day-in-day-out, and would have had no clue what to look for. A large list of items, and only a couple that won't be addressed by the builder. Thanks, Nick

These guys were simply outstanding in their attention to detail regards the snagging. I was hesitant to use a snagging company to begin with but am so, so grateful that my wife persuaded me to use NBI. I doubt the Developer/Builder was pleased but, thanks to NBI, were made to right the wrongs that they had done (or not done!!) thanks to the thorough inspection. This has saved me thousands of pounds and hours of hassle. Quite simply - everyone things they can 'snag' a house themselves.....but they are fooling themselves. Thank you, NBI, much appreciated!!

New build inspection are excellent company. They have carried out most professional snagging inspection. And gave valuable advice. My snagging inspection was done by Paul who was so throughour. He has inspection big to very minor details in very professional and immaculate. Would recommend to family and friends .⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

NewBuildInspections provided an excellent service, from getting us the first available appointment, to the actual survey with Jason providing us some useful advice on our future plans for the property, right the way through to the report generation which had a tight turn around time. NewBuildInspections were able to get us the report in time for our handover meeting with the developers. The one thing is that they are not the cheapest, but they are not the most expensive and are in line with a lot of their competitors, so its not enough to affect their score in my eyes.
