New Build Inspections came through as a recommendation and for good reason. The team are incredible quick to respond, polite and helpful. An appointment was arranged really quick, the Super Snagger (yay for Mo) came out and the report was with me the following morning with ongoing support offered. The report was easy to understand and had clear photographic evidence. It was also incredibly thorough. There are many concerns around snagging when buying a new home and this service gives you real peace of mind. Highly recommended! Thank you for the service team! You rock!

NBI had been recommended to me, and I have to say I will forward that recommendation on. They have been very helpful and professional throughout. I was very impressed with my surveyor, Graham, who was punctual, personable and very thorough. I'd spotted a couple of snags ahead of time, but he picked up some issues which I would never have spotted and explained the processes and expectation of standards along the way. NBI have been a pleasure to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I cannot fault this company, the surveyor (Graham) arrived promptly and was a pleasure to talk to. Graham was knowledgeable and put my mind at ease once he had completed the in depth survey. He spotted snags that I would never had noticed and although there wasn’t too much wrong with my house (luckily), it was worth spending the money for peace of mind. Difficult to contact, nobody showed up for the booked snagging inspection, definitely would NOT recommend this company(not treating customers seriously) Maybe overbooked?

We used New Build Inspections after buying our home in June. After reviewing a number of options, we settled on NBI based on reviews and thoroughness of their reports as described on their website. We had heard questionable reviews on new build properties so wanted to ensure we had a thorough snagging report done. And it was the best decision we could have made. The inspection took several hours but was incredibly thorough, reporting on almost 250 snags. This goes to show the detail they look at and we couldn't be more grateful as it led to some significant finds. Whilst the building company were not thankful, we certainly have been. Not only that, but New Build Inspections have continued to support us beyond the snagging report. We have a number of issues with the builders who have refused to do some of our more significant snags. We sought advice from NBI who talked us through, advised and have supported us with proceeding with small claims against the builders. They are more than just a simple snagging company. They are knowledgable, helpful, invested in us, the customer, and above all else know what should and shouldn't be accepted. Thank you so much New Build Inspections for all of your support. I can't recommend them enough. Word of advice - new build properties aren't all that - do your research thoroughly first!

Arranged at very short notice, great communication and superb service provided. Everything was thoroughly explained and Martyn made us feel at ease. The report was concise and helped provide the developer with information I would never have thought of. A thermal inspection could not be done at the time as it was too warm in July so Martyn asked me to remind him it needed doing when it got colder. I reminded him today and they are coming out tomorrow, really can't complain about that superb service. Would highly recommend

We were very pleased with the 'next day' availability of a snagging server but a little reserved for the same reason. However, the surveyor, Mo, that came was absolutely brilliant. Turned up right on time, was very respectful of our home, was utterly charming and really efficient. We had already found a few 'snags' which he reviewed with us and then went to town. would have absolutely no reservations about recommending the company and, to top it all, the cost was about half what I had anticipated

We got in touch with Martyn after some friends and new neighbours recommendation. We were not disappointed!! Martyn has been very helpful form the first second we talked with him. Even on short notice, he managed to accommodate to do the inspection on our move in day. Also, due to a mistake with our loft key, he organised one of his colleagues to come by and finish off the inspection once we got the loft key. The report was very detailed, covering all the aspects of interest and apart from that, we got lots of advice from someone with such a vast experience in new builds. I honestly could not recommend Martyn and his team enough!!
