Very good report at affordable price

I booked in for a snagging survey a couple of days after moving into my new house and it was a painless process. Martyn provided a detailed report within a couple of days as he knew I had my 7 day visit coming up with the builder - great customer care! Luckily, there was nothing major unearthed and my builder started on the list the next day but it's definitely something I would recommend. It's a small price to pay compared to the investment you make in a house.

One of the best snagging companies around. Karen was so friendly when answered the phone with the mad panic of completing with a new build within 10 days – she was calm, collective, and allocated Andy to the project. Andy was a very experienced snagger who looked into a lot of detail across my property and pointed out major flaws that my new build sorted. I am so happy with the service you get, and the response in e-mails and aftercare (to me it's like one big family that really wants to look after you!). I have had a great experience with New Build inspections. Immediate response to offer advice on my building issue, although probably an inspection is not my best option. I found it very refreshing, after dealing with the scoundrels involved in my house,that there are people in the industry who are very professional and have a good dose of common sense. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone in need of support with build quality issues.

A very pleasant family run company to deal with. Any queries were quickly dealt with - even a response on a Sunday from the manager! A very detailed survey and certainly worth it when weighed up against the costs of a new house purchase. Our builder said that he would have spotted most of the issues raised as part of final inspection (but great to have a summary of minor issues so that we could agree actions). We would not have even noticed many of them! Surveyor was very professional.

Emailed across for a quote and Karen emailed back quick and efficiently providing me with all the information required. We got given a date on the day we chose which was a Saturday morning. Mark attended our house to carry on the inspection. Went through in detail of what to expect and what the report may consist of. Mark was friendly, helpful and very professional. Covid restrictions were adhered to at all times by mark. We received our detailed report within 4 days and was offered help and support through out and even offered to discuss the snag list with the builders if we was not comfortable. Cannot recommend this company enough, definitely worth the money.

Called and spoke to Karen initially. She was a delight to deal with and managed to get an appointment booked for within a week’s time. Norman visited and was great, answered all my questions and found plenty of snags that I definitely wouldn’t have. All round brilliant service and would definitely recommend. 5*!

Delighted with the service from this company. Professional throughout, flexible (even travelled "up North" to carry out the inspection on a Saturday morning!) and efficient (received a comprehensive report the next working day).
