I was really impressed with the service by New Build Inspections. I was able to book an appointment to get my new house inspected really quickly. The inspection report we received afterwards was really thorough and showed lots of details and photos of each issue spotted. I was also able to ask the inspector follow-up question afterwards to get further details. I would highly recommend using this company.

After moving into a new build with a number of serious snags, NBI assisted greatly and swiftly with identifying issues and presenting them in an easy to read, summarised format. This is exactly what you need in order to press your developers/builders and instigate action. In my case, the build quality is far below what is expected. The expectation level was explained to me by the surveyor, Mo, who was both good conversation and knowledgeable. Mo explained exactly what standard aspects of the flat should be at, and used language that could be understood by all. He identified everything I had notice and more, which emphasised my faith in the company, and gave me full transparency on the quality of my purchased flat. I am tremendously happy with the service. NB: My only suggestion of improvement is when emailing to include a signature bearing the identification of the company, and to have an easy-to-use document or electronic form to complete the pre-assessment questionnaire. This suggestion is purely for ease of use and does not detract from the service whatsoever.

Agreed to meet Martyn on the morning we got keys to our new property, when we arrived he had already begun inspecting the outside areas. Following a delay, we went through our introduction to the house as Martyn carried out his work diligently, after which he provided us with a detailed report and some insider knowledge on the processes to follow. We were really put at ease by having the assistance and expertise of someone with such knowledge of the industry, and can't recommend the company enough.

I couldn't be more impressed with the service I have received from start to finish. The ladies in the office are all fab, I have spoken with Karen and both the Lorraine's and all of them have gone above and beyond to help me. Andy completed my snag report after I had completed a couple of preliminary snags off my own back. Andy picked up snags in areas I hadn't even thought to check and couldn't be more helpful in explaining all processes to me. Nothing was too much trouble for him and his flexibility made the process so much less stressful. Since receiving the report my solicitor has flagged a couple of questions and Martyn got in touch straight away and has answered all my questions perfectly. Thank you for all your help and support so far! I know we will speak many more times between now and my completion. You have definitely put my mind at ease and I could not recommend you enough!

The process from booking to the inspection was efficient and professional, including both the administration and technical staff, Lorraine and Andy. Andy was very thorough and experienced. He carried out the survey with great care and explaining the findings with patience and understanding. The report was produced the next day and findings were very well presented and is useful in following up with the developer. I have already recommended the firm and Andy to another friend!

New Build Inspections snagged our new build 3 bedroom house in East Sussex. I found the surveyor very pleasant and easy to communicate with. He was also very punctual, patient and explained the NBI process thoroughly prior to snagging. The report produced was delivered quick and was very useful and it pointed out snags that we personally would not have been aware of. The whole team are great, hihly recommended!

The inspector (Andy) was present on time, friendly and approachable throughout and professional in his very thorough approach. The feedback from the report was provided promptly and no difficulties were encountered in any step of this process. I am very pleased with the job that was carried out and would highly recommend the team for anyone looking to snag a new build property.

We had a build inspection yesterday - the booking process, the information providing pre, during and post the inspection has been timely and very well considered / informative. The inspectors were exceptionally professional and efficient in their review of our property, and the report has already been delivered so I can ship it off to the builder. I am looking forward to their support through the remediation process with the builder. Highly recommended.

First class professional service from start to finish. Having had extremely poor service trying to arrange a snag with NBS Inspections (avoid at all costs) - took them 6.5 weeks to tell me that they had forgotten about me after me chasing constantly - very unprofessional. Contacted New Build Inspections received a reply within an hour and inspection arranged at a time to suit us within a week. Andy arrived on time and did a very thorough job ( here over 4 hours ) received detailed report next day!! Would not hesitate to recommend or use this company in the future. You can be sure of a highly professional service.
