We had a snagging report of our new build home completed. It may seem like a lot of money but it’s a small percentage of what you’re paying for a very important purchase! We had to rearrange a few times due to delays in getting keys but the lady in the office was understanding. Andy came promptly at the agreed time, he was friendly, professional and put up with my in-expert questions! Would certainly recommend.

I couldn't move into my newly built home within 3 weeks so would miss the developer's courtesy check. Therefore I sent out a few queries for quotations then I chose New Build Inspections who gave the most reasonable price and could come on the day that suited me. Jason, my inspector, very nice btw, came on time and checked the house inside out (within the service range) for around 2 - 3 hours while explaining things clearly and patiently. Then, I received the over 30-page report the same day in the afternoon, which was very very helpful to me so that I could submit the report to my developer to fix the issues accordingly. I'm very happy about this service, thanks:)

Worth every penny for all of the snags they picked up on whilst I was busy sorting everything else for the move. Also picked up on snags like a dipped pipe in the loft, which I would never have spotted! Rob was also very professional and friendly.

Had a great and enlightening experience with New Build Inspections. Graham came to survey my property in Fareham and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. He was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation throughout the review. All of my questions were answered in a detailed way, I learned a lot about new builds and what standards to expect from the property. The visit was done efficiently and the report was with me the next day, the service may seem expensive, but is worth every penny. If you are getting a new build property please get a professional snagger, there are so many things you won't notice yourself! We’ve just had a report done on our New build Persimmon Homes property. Stuart arrived exactly on time, was exceptionally thorough and gave us a general overview of the his survey, before leaving, which was most useful. The detailed report was delivered in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this company.

Really pleased with the service received which included having to rearrange the inspection due property not being ready when originally expected. Report was really thorough and picked up a lot of things we wouldn’t have originally noticed. Also received report within 24 hours of the inspection which has helped get things rectified before we complete on the property.

Recently had Andy out to Survey our property. The project isn't quite complete yet but Andy coming over has made getting it finished a whole lot easier! Andy was there most of the day and did a really thorough inspection. We received that report the next day and it couldn't have been easier to follow. Great experience using new build inspections ltd. The inspector turned up promptly and spent several hours going through the property and taking photos for the report. He was engaging and explained everything. We presented the report to the developer and they even said how thorough it was and on one item it was a great spot. Thanks so much. Work now underway to rectify issues by the developer so very happy.

Lorraine and Karen in the office were also fantastic, took the time to talk me through everything prior to booking and always responded quickly. Would definitely recommend for new build snagging surveys. Spotted so many things I hadn’t and our builders even commented that it was a very fair and reasonable list.
