Really good experience with New Build Inspections, from start to finish. Having jsut bought my first home, and knowing next to nothing about new builds, it was a no-brainer to get the house inspected and New Build Inspections had great reviews. Karen in the office was very friendly and helpful in getting an inspection booked in for the same week. Adam, our inspector, was both knowledgeable and friendly. He fully explained the snagging process, what he would be inspecting and was very accommodating of the fact that we has just moved in and had boxes everywhere! He answered all of our questions and really helped put our minds at ease about the property. His report was over the next day, even though it was a weekend, and has allowed us to get our snags back to the builder within a week of moving in. The report itself is well structured, with a photo and explanation for each snag. On top of this, New Build Inspections have also offered to assist in the snagging 'negotiation' between myself and the builder, should it be needed. I would highly recommend New Build Inspections when buying a new build as they found snags we never would have found on our own. Given the cost of buying a new house, it seems crazy not to have an independent inspection to remove any doubts, and New Build Inspections provide an excellent service.

Based on his extensive experience, he was incredibly informative on building practices, NHBC compliance, snags, and defects. He provided advice and recommendations. He missed nothing, however small. Ask him to show you the marble trick! The survey removed a great deal of the stress and worry around snagging for us. We know we can rely on them for follow-up guidance while working with the Developer to get matters rectified. The team in the office - we dealt with Lorraine, Karen and Paul - are also a pleasure to work with.

So pleased we bothered to get a survey done, it flagged several things we would have otherwise missed. Now to see if the developer actions but it is reassuring to know that New Build Inspections are there to advise on any further snagging issues over the next 2 years. I'm hoping though, that won't be needed. Mo carried out our survey and was extremely thorough and really pleasant, especially with all my questions and queries, poor bloke! Survey was in my inbox the following morning - brilliantly quick turnaround. Excellent, efficient service all round and would definitely recommend anyone buying a new home to get a survey done with this company. There is plenty the untrained eye misses!

Recently had a new home inspection, performed by Andrew Watson. The guy knew exactly what he was doing, clearly has a lot of experience and knew the things to look for. Everything was rigorous and complete and was performed in a very friendly and stress-free manner. Andrew really gave the impression that he has the interest of the client at heart. The report arrived the next day and was completed efficiently with the help of Karen and Lorraine at their office. Well done to this team, and I recommend anyone to take their services, it really is worth it.

New Build Inspections provided us with a great service and a report that has really helped us. We have been able to resolve some of the biggest issues that we had as a direct result of the report content, along with the support and after service advice. We took their advice on how best to proceed with an ongoing dispute and as soon as we changed tact we got the result that we wanted. One of the best decisions we’ve made was to use these guys.

We recently used New Build Inspections and are very happy with the work they completed. The survey was completed within days of booking and was very comprehensive and detailed. The report was with us within less than 24 hours and following us adding one or two minor cosmetic issues the report was sent straight to our builder. Would definitely recommend this company based on our experience so far.

Andy did a really thorough job & the turnaround was super quick. We had to get someone in & results sent in a tight timeframe due to our new build deadlines, NBI sent us the results the same day! Andy explained everything before he started and we are extremely pleased with the detail on our report and how we now go about getting the issues fixed. 10/10 would recommend!
