I booked this rental via another company that had excellent reviews, they then passed on the booking to Quick Lease car rentals which i didnt realise and so i didnt check the reviews. Upon landing to Dubai very tired at 3am in the morning i received WhatsApp messages from Quick Lease saying to message them when i arrive, so far so good. I had to wait about 30mins for the customer agent to arrive as he said he was in a different terminal. This agent was fine and polite and carried my luggage to the car, he started taking photos of the car and filling in the paperwork, in the meantime i decided to record the vehicle and go through it as well, it was a red car with scratches, dents and marks everywhere, in the car the driver door panel was damaged so much it had layers of thick tape to try fix it, i took a video of it all and thought ive seen the reviews of the main company and all was good, but then once inside the car the agent started filling in the paper work and only then noticed it was Quick Lease car rental all over it, he then asked me to sign the deposit and payment forms and i did, but i felt something was wrong, they wanted 2500 dirhams deposit for a car in terrible condition. So i quickly checked the reviews on my phone and was shocked, i told the agent im not happy and dont want to proceed, he then called his manager and said ok we will reduce the deposit to 1500. I had to trust these reviews i just seen and declined, took my luggage and walked away back into the airport where i rented a car from an office with only 1000 dirhams deposit. The next day i contacted the main company and disputed the booking deposit made, they contacted Quick Lease to confirm the cancellation and quick lease responded saying no because they supplied me a brand new 2025 model car and that i was rude. So i sent the company the videos showing the condition of the car and only then got my booking refund back. The booking was only around 40USD but i just didnt want Quick Lease to have anything. Bonjour, nous avions loué une voiture dans cette agence du 16 au 25 octobre 2024 ( un couple et 3 enfants). En arrivant a l'aéroport de Dubai a 20h30, la personne est arrivée avec 1h30 de retard avec le vehicule ( 21h43). Pour la remise, nous avions rdv a 4h du matin à l'aéroport et il n'y avait personne. une personne travaillant dans l'agence Europcar n'a pas arrêté de l'appeler mais en vain. on a du laisser la fenêtre ouverte, les clés sous le tapis et aller à l'embarquement à 5h30 du matin. voilà qu'il m'envoie un message sur WhatsApp à 7h05 : " Our team collected " Apres notre retour en France, voilà que l'on nous prélève une somme pour rayures sur le vehicule ( je vous assure qu'il y avait aucune rayure sur le vehicule) . Le pire c'est qu'ils prélèvent sur notre compte et non sur la caution. Je déconseille cette agence car ils n'ont pas de point d'accueil à l'aéroport et très très compliqué de les joindre en cas de problème. Nous sommes obligés de les harceler pour avoir une personne de l'agence. Ils vont lire les messages mais vont répondre longtemps après. C'est un personnel qui a un gros manque de professionnalisme et de considération des ses clients. On m'avait déconseillé cette agence mais j'ai voulu avoir mon propre opinion. Qu'elle Surprise, des fois il faut savoir écouter les avis et ne pas s'aventurer !!!!

I do not know where to start, but do not dare to do business with these scammers. They are bunch of fools and criminals who have paraded themselves to scam tourist who innocently, rent from them. The tactics: The agent who met me at the airport supposedly, had another customer he had to attend to before me. Two cars, as it were, for the same company - one for me and the other for the other customer. The drama (planned) started when the agent was going back and forth with the other customer. Apparently, a wrong car was brought in to the other customer. While I sat in my car and watched the drama, the agent finally came back apologizing because he had wasted about 30 min of my time. He brought out the inspection sheet and claimed he had all scratches marked - indeed there were lots of marked spots so I signed without physically inspecting the car, which would not have made sense anyway. Upon returning the car, nobody met me at the spot. A different agent chatted me on WhatsApp and showed me where the car should be parked. Few hours later, I got an email about an inspection done (By who?) without me and found some damage on the car. Some pictures of old scratches, which funny enough were captured on the vehicle check list prior to taking the car was sent to me with about 2000 dirham as the money for repairs. All the crooks were saying in their emails were that "Sir, the inspection was done, and we found the damage", you are responsible. I screenshot the checklist prior to taking the car to prove that the same spot marked upon returning the car was already marked. These fools could only respond by saying Sir you are responsible and have to pay. I locked my card. As thieves as they are, they managed to unlock my card and stole 2500 dirham. My credit card company has no idea as to how they unlocked my card. I will take this matter up to the Dubai police for investigation.

La pire agence de location de véhicules que j’ai pu tester à Dubaï. Il se gare à l’autre bout de l’aéroport au moment de récupérer la voiture, il veut nous faire payer le parking (c’est la première fois qu’une agence de location nous demande de payer le parking à Dubaï). Il nous donne la voiture avec des essuies glace défectueux, pas de produits lave glace. Après notre séjour ils ne m’ont jamais rendu la caution (cela fait plus d’un mois que j’attends) et en plus de cela ils m’ont repris 268€ en plus sans me prévenir ou me donner d’explications. Je suis obligé de les harceler sur whatsapp pour avoir un semblant d’explication et encore… ils ignorent la moitié de mes messages. J’hésite vraiment à les signaler auprès de la police de Dubaï.

Not completely transparent or customer friendly
The reason I am giving a bad review is because I'd made 3 months contract and additionally chosen the (optional) maximum insurance package with them. The penalty for exiting before time was set 1 month rental fee. I had to break the contract for personal reasons, and I paid the penalty rental amount. However, they also charged for the optional maximum insurance I had chosen. In my opinion this was not agreed or fair by any means. The max insurance is not rental, it is an added option. They'd returned my deposit in time but deducted the max insurance cost from that. Apart from that I have no complains. I would have given a better review otherwise.

I dont often leave reviews but this was hands down the worst service I have ever used. AVOID AT ALL COSTS I rented a car from them and after I had left Dubai they kept charing me random fees and when I tried to email them they completely fabricated charges against me.The first time I reached out they told me it would be refunded immediatly and nothing happened after two weeks. When I reached out again after two weeks to see what was up they said they never said this even though I had sent a receipt of our conversation on WhatsApp. I then had to file multiple disputes with my bank. They are extremely unprofessional and will charge you tons of hidden/extra fees. Hands down the worst car rental service in Dubai

Scam Alert!!!! They can steal your money from your saved credit card. Don't trust their online response as their management supports the scam. Please read all reviews about user experiences before renting a car from them. Your CREDIT CARD is not safe with them. I tried to call their office and send WhatsApp messages and emails with details but they chose to not engage/resolve this matter. They deducted the amount from my credit card without my agreement after making changes to the report after a joint inspection. I have reported it to the Police and consumer protection about this scam. Yesterday, their representative called me about the review. I told him to either refund the amount or wait for police/consumer protection intervention. Be careful with your credit card data as they are not trustworthy, they have zero credibility. read other reviews about deduction/police before engaging with this company. This company is a scam/fraud. I returned the car on 13th May after the joint inspection and their representative didn't highlight any issue. I signed the checkout report which didn’t have any scratch marking. They didn’t provide the report copy despite repeated requests. Later in the evening, I received an invoice of AED 1,013 for car damage and they attached the forged report which I didn’t sign off. They shared the zoom photos of scratches along with the invoice and shared the long distance photos as a reference that the car was delivered spotless. Attaching, invoice and photos to understand how they can scam you. I have already raised a complaint with Dubai Police and consumer protection for their fraudulent act to recover my amount. Be careful dealing with this company. Not trustworthy so don't risk or else ready to be a victim.
Beware of Hidden Charges: My Nightmare Experience with Quick Lease Car Rental in Dubai
My recent encounter with Quick Lease Car Rental in Dubai has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated. What initially seemed like a convenient option turned into a nightmare of hidden charges and poor communication. From the onset, there was a lack of transparency regarding charges. No one bothered to inform me about the plethora of hidden fees that awaited me upon returning the car. It was only after I handed back the vehicle that they began concocting reasons to deduct amounts from my security deposit. Despite my explicit inquiry about the return date, the staff assured me that I could bring back the car on the 28th of March. Accordingly, I scheduled the pickup for that day. However, to my dismay, I received an invoice post-return, loaded with additional rental charges. Their justification? I had apparently booked the pickup for 4 PM instead of the agreed-upon 12:35 PM. Attempting to address this discrepancy proved to be a futile exercise. Each time I reached out to them, I was met with indifference and unhelpfulness. Their response was consistently dismissive, with claims that nothing could be done to rectify the situation. This experience has left me deeply disillusioned with Quick Lease Car Rental. Not only did they fail to uphold their end of the bargain regarding transparency and communication, but their customer service left much to be desired. As a cautionary tale, I urge others to exercise caution when dealing with this rental agency to avoid falling victim to their deceptive practices and exorbitant hidden charges.
