Another victim here of Daniel Day aka Robert Ryan, scamming us all out of deposits paid to him with no intention of providing vehicles, excuse after excuse, stay away from this individual.

SCAM!!!!AVOID! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! AVOID! My nearly 70-year-old mother, who was desperately seeking a car early January, discovered this site, which guarantees cars to individuals with no credit or who need to build it up. She had saved every penny from a devastating divorce and trusted it to these cowboys. They promised her a car and kept delaying it (began in January) and we are now nearly in May, and I have done extensive research to know this is a huge scam and ROB has known that no car was ever to be delivered to my mother and that he had every intention of keeping hers and many many others deposit! She had no hard searching or since we know now, no bank checks which other trust worthy sites do, do. But, in retrospect, the entire procedure lacked professionalism, and we can clearly see how he conned my mother from the start! This is beyond cruel, especially to the vulnerable; she was duped into these lies and misinformation, and you taken all of her pension money with little regard for her well-being. That someone can manufacture these so called business scams in these difficult circumstances/times is evil. You're not going to get away with this, believe me! You're not as clever as you think! Please people listen to the bad reviews as it’s all true, the ‘5star’ rating ones are fake, just like Rob and his evil minions.

My experience with Quick Lease Car Rentals was very good. I really satisfied with this company especially the quality of services! I had tried many car rental companies in Dubai and my opinion the Quick Lease truly one of the best! The cars are in good condition, the personal stuff is very professional, the payment always comes on time (deposit refund) Definitely highly recommend this company!

The WORST of the worst. I have been with this company for 2.5years taking annual car rentals. I always had excellent account managers who resolved all issues and treated me well. But now the company has gone completely downhill. My bag was stolen (with my car key in it) 8 days ago. I got a replacement delivered (which took 5 hours to arrive) and even with a police report I am being charged aed1500 because it's not covered by insurance. I speak to Mohsin who arranges a car exchange for me and we discuss holding off on the payment until everything is sorted. 3 days ago, while at work I notice random amounts have been attempted to be taken from my account - multiple transactions - 1500, 1000, 575 - which goes through and leaves me with aed89 in my account. They attempt another 300. I call twice and Yasir tells me accounts have closed manager gone for prayer, now he's gone for iftar. I promise he will call you back tomorrow. 12:30pm the next day I call because still nothing and Omari tells me - accounts not open today. No manager here. I will get them to call you tomorrow when they open 10am. 09:45am today, 1000 was taken from my account (money I had borrowed to pay my rent!). I call and Maha tells me impossible to refund let me sort out with the team and call you back later. It's 5:15pm I've just spoken to another person because no callback. Account now closed, no manager - same story. I have already paid my car rental and Salik for this month. This was an additional charge that isn't time specific, but now I can't afford my rent. I NEVER AUTHORISED THESE CHARGES. THEY ARE LIARS AND STEAL FROM YOUR ACCOUNT. DO NOT TRUST. THEY DONT CARE FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WILL BE MAKING AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT WITH TRADING STANDARDS

The car we rented was very worn down and tatty with high mileage. They had the cheek to charge me a cleaning fee when returning the car, citing the car was 'full of dog hairs'. This is completely made up and untrue. I will be reporting this company to DED. I do not recommend quick lease and they are fraudsters. Avoid!

BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS !! I rented a car with them long in 2021 and few weeks ago I have checked my statements and found out I never got my security deposit of 1000 AED back. I contacted them and as expected this guy MR SHEIKH AMEES who is I am sure not even here in dubai or may be sitting in some offshore location (india/Pakistan) told me about getting an error msg from my card, hence the refund was not processed and asked me for a new credit or debit card information. I provided the information, then this is where it started getting fishy when he started asking me for documents. I have sent him the details of the documents to match his records but still he is insisting of sending me the soft copies of my emirates id passport and drivers license. I have shared my drivers license soft copy but till today this guy MR SHEIKH AMEES is insisting to send him the soft copy of emirates id and front and back page .. I CAME TO KNOW FROM A SOURCE THAT THESE AGENTS ARE NOT EVEN IN DUBAI THEY ARE SITTING IN OFFSHORE COUNTRY. THIS IS A SHAM THEY ARE RUNNING !!BEWARE !! BEWARE !!I HAVE ATTACHED MY EMAIL CONVERSATION FOR YOU PEOPLE TO SEE..
