I do not recommend to anybody to use this car rental. They always try to trick you in order to charge you for extra money. The service is bad, the staff is rude. When you catch them while they try to trick you they tell you "we are here to help", but in the reality it is completely opposite. BETTER TO PAY EXTRA MONEY AND GO FOR ANOTHER CAR RENTAL COMPANIES. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE, I WOULD NOT RECCOMEND TO USE THIS COMPANY EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY. The staff with the name Rohit in the front desk is very dishonest person, anybody who goes to there need to be alert and careful.

If you don’t want to waist your time then don’t deal with them. We have requested a car for one week rent, confirmed from their staff, confirmed even the time that we needed it and in the morning when we had to take it the guy wasn’t replying to my messages. I called the office to confirm if the car would have been ready for 11am as we had requested and one other person of the staff said will be ready after 1pm because the car has ended in garage for service. After my call with the office the guy I was dealing before decided to reply to my messages in WhatsApp. I have to emphasize this both of them were really arrogant since the moment I requested why no one has contacted to let us know and if I wasn’t calling I would have wasted my time coming at your office. I requested a car of 2020 and they suggested to give me a car of 2019 as an “upgrade” and they could have come and exchanged it during the next day but included only Dubai meanwhile they knew that we were going to another Emirate. Laughable. Save your energy and don’t waist any second of your time with this company. I’m thankful things happened before we took the car so at least we didn’t go through the suffering of the others mentioned in their reviews. I have also reported them to Dubai Customer Rights. The government has to be aware to whom is giving business license.

The car was great and price was reasonable. But when we took the car back they charged us 170 dirham for a fine that we’d already paid ourselves on the RTA app. The guy on reception said he’d sort it out and get the 170 refunded to our bank account. This was weeks ago. Still no refund even though i’ve emailed the company a couple of times relating to this matter.

The service of the company is terrible. I made an appointment to rent a car on 19th March 2020. I went to the office and the car was not ready. We had to wait 15 min and then they sent us across the street to pick it up. The car was dirty inside and out. Even with dirty used tissues inside. We had to request them to give us another car. The second car they gave us had a broken back bumper fixed with a grey tape and also dirty inside and out. Finally the 3rd car they gave us was decent... not so dirty. When calling to return the car, 7 days later... the lockdown had been announced and the agents told us there was nobody in the office to receive the car and we couldn't return it ( this was a Thursday). They advised that on Sunday one of the agents was going to give us a call and arrange to pick up the car from our home free of charge as their office was closed. We confirmed with him over whatsapp and over a phone call there was no additional charge for this as it was not our fault we couldnt return the car. On Sunday, nobody called me so I had to call on Monday. They said they were going to change me Sunday car rental and the pick up would cost additional 150 AED. I had to go drop the car by myself as it was a rip off and it was nothing to what we had agreed on Thursday. Despite several calls to the office and accounts department, they still deducted additional rental days from the security deposit they did on my credit card. This company should be fined and closed!!! Horrible service and stealing money from the customer!! There is nobody in the company you can speak to who can understand you or give you a solution. This is the worse customer service experience I've had so far in my life.

Rental car was as described and generally helpful over the phone. They didn't cause any trouble returning the car and I had a better experience overall than I have had with some other car companies. However, I am only scoring three stars as we did not get the refund to the card as promised. I had to come back and challenge this before I received it. The car company should do these things without follow up from the customer. I wonder how many people haven't noticed the refund they are due up to 30 days after returning the car. Incidentally, 30 days is too long to wait in normal circumstances. It took me 50 days to get it.

The experience with Quicklease is pleasant until you sign the contract and provide them with the security deposit. During this COVID19 situation, Quicklease is someone who takes advantage of the situation. Even though the rates have gone down drastically, and you try to call the customer service getting a response is difficult.

They have a lot of cheap cars 2020 for rent. Good price and easy rental process. I did not have any problems with the deposit. This company is much better than European car rentals.

This Quick Lease Company has stolen all my deposit without prooof of any damages and refusing to provide a checklist of the damages. They are trying to charge me nearly the whole amount of my deposit even though I paid delivery charges and they never provided receipts, although there's CCTV that will show the cash being handed over and WhatsApp conversations in which I can prove that I paid delivery charges along with an extra two days rental. The personell are very rude and disrespectful with women. The way they treat my husband on the phone is not the same as it is with me (shouting, being very aggressive, unhelpful by sending me from someone to someone else and turning my head upside down) all in addition to taking my whole deposit. Be sure that you are going to live a nightmare with this company once you handover any payments to them.
