**Titre : Expérience décevante** J'ai récemment eu l'occasion de louer un Infinity auprès de Quick Lease pour une durée de 2 ans, et mon expérience a été extrêmement décevante. **1 étoile** Je suis tout d'abord confronté à des problèmes lors du paiement par transfert bancaire. Malgré avoir fourni toutes les preuves nécessaires, j'ai continué à recevoir des messages contradictoires et des appels incessants de leur part. Cela a créé un niveau de stress inutile. Ce qui a poussé mon insatisfaction à son comble, c'est lorsque Quick Lease a décidé de désactiver le véhicule que je louais. Cette décision arbitraire m'a privé de la possibilité de célébrer un jour d'anniversaire spécial avec mes enfants, une expérience que je ne pourrai jamais récupérer. Cela démontre un manque total de considération pour leurs clients. Je m'attendais à une expérience de location sans souci, mais au lieu de cela, j'ai été confronté à des problèmes incessants, un service client médiocre et une désactivation de véhicule inexcusable. Je ne peux pas recommander Quick Lease en toute conscience. Cette expérience a été non seulement stressante mais aussi extrêmement décevante. Je donne 1 étoile en raison de ces problèmes persistants et du traitement inacceptable que j'ai reçu en tant que cliente.

Hassle free car rental! Car got delivered on time. Staff always very responsive when contacted. Will definitely recommend Quick Lease to friends and family.

Avoid them!! One of the many companies that will try making money through million other ways than just renting the car. Advise: block the deposit card so they wont take money without your consent. When getting fined you will pay commission for them to actually pay it and then they will deduct from the deposit used card (use Dubai police app all the time to verify and pay it yourself immediately). They will only deliver it for free but you will pay 3 times the regular taxi for them to pick it up. I give them 3 stars initially because I got a reasonable car but I will make it 1* because it is a month already and they said nothing about giving deposit back. I am driving personal car in Dubai now and usually fines come in max 1 week. They make it 1 month just for you to leave the country and stop complaining. They say you can pay it yourself but they give you no time to actually do it.

Worst car company in the UAE. They lie to you, offer fake deals against fake rates. Absolutely disgusting and deliberate fraud. Avoid.

Worst car rental company. Deducting the money without any notice. Monthly Rental charges deducted two times and while asking said it is a system error and have to wait 10-12 working days for money return. For a small dot paint scratch 100 Dirhams charged.

They comeback after almost 1 month and tell me that the spare tire is missing? How should I even know if it was there from the beginning. I will newer rent with this company again they try to scam you.
