HIDDEN CHARGES, AND EXTRA CHARGES EVERY MONTH ON A SIGNED PRICE AGREEMENT. MADE UP CHARGES FROM PARKING TICKETS FROM OVER A YEAR AGO. DE ACTIVATED THE CAR LEAVING ME STRANDED BECAUSE THEY "CLAIM' THEY DO NOT TAKE AUTOMATED PAYMENTS! LIE OVER THE PHONE ABOUT NON PAYMENTS CLAIM TO GIVE YOUR REFUND BACK AFTER 30 DAYS AND NEVER SEND REFUND! STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE IT IS A SCAM!!

I rented car with quicklease many times in the past 4 months theyre providing good services in UAE than other car rentals. I am always renting with them because their refunds are on time so is delivery

Fraud company! They have some or the way to claim damages or fuel charges which I believe is total nonsense! Their fleet of vehicles is totally damaged. I had to replace my car 3 times in a month! BEWARE of these Scammers.

one of the Worst Companies in The Refund Process after you finish your Car Rental , More than 50 Days with no refund until now with no reason , More than 6 calls to them without any action . I don't Recommend them at All

SCAMMERS & FRADULENT!! Worst costumer service I’ve ever seen in all of DUBAI. After one month of waiting for my refund that never came I had to fight to get it and when it finally comes though I only receive 231 AED out of 1000 AED. For more than 2 weeks I’m ghosted via WhatsApp and Emails, no one replies my messages and they all say, contact Mr. Aneesh who doesn’t give two cents about me. I have to physically go to the agency to get an answer which is a supposed fine. But guess what?! Said fine isn’t given to me. The agent at the office promises someone from accounting will send it to me today. And guess what?? It’s the end of the day and still haven’t received ANYTHING. I don’t believe I got a fine at all as I was always checking if I got any and before giving back the car there was nothing. And I’m asking for proof of the fine and again I’m being ghosted. They don't deserve even one star, their costumer service is so poor. I would not recommend to no one. There are so many car rental that they give you good service.

Never again. Do not rent a car from them. The cars are refurbished cars (visited their workshop) and they are in a bad shape. When handing in the car and asking a refund they used every excuse in the book not to provide reasonable return /compensation.
