my experience was good

Initially, I rented a vehicle for 4 days. which I was charged on daily bases. Then I asked them to extend for a week which they continued to charge me on daily rates. I made a complaint and told them why they charged me daily rates when I’m renting on weekly bases. They answered that you must tell us you want to cancel the contract and go all the way to the office and set up a new contract. Doesn’t make sense. Then I told them I want to cancel. And they said you must pay for a whole week. They are ripping off tourists. They overcharged for everything including full Insurance. My suggestion is to stay away from them. After I left this review, someone from their operations called me by the name of Muhammad Mohsen and started harassing me about the review. I contacted the police and filed an official complaint. Now I’m completely convinced all of their good reviews are fake. I was in their office earlier today and the two employees working there were extremely kind. They tried calling the management while I was there and the shocking part was the management kept hanging up on them and refusing to talk to me. I wonder who runs this company! They are certainly not doing a good job.

Terrible Experience, Please dont rent from them. This company will overcharge you for everything and without your authorization keep debiting amounts on your card. Their customer is pathetic and you will have such a hard time getting your money because its already taken from your bank. Please save yourself from scam and dont rent from them.

DO NOT LEASE A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I have been renting a car from this company for over 3 months now. They recently have taken an unauthorized, substantial amount of money from my bank account. I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions regarding a refund of this money however their customer service is TERRIBLE! Very unresponsive and painfully difficult to deal with. I would 100% recommend going to another car lease company. I previously rented a car from EZHire and had no difficulties like this. PLEASE AVOID!!

Will not recommend this company . Very poor customer care . They just deduct the money from your account without informing you . Don’t give them the card details.
