Quick Lease Experience My 2nd experience with Quick Lease has changed my opinion for them & convinced me to leave a positive review only because of Mr. Talha at their MOE Sales Centre G floor. I rented a Micra & when I arrived it was not even available in their parking space (even though I arrived late) & preparing a car will take more than 1.5 hours for them as I've experienced initially, he jumped on to the situation and swapped it with a new Sunny 2022 w/o any further delay & for the same price as a gesture since, the rest of the experience with them almost convinced me to cancel my reservation and leave. Quick Lease provides the best CAR for you, but take my word Mr. Talha provides the best CARE!

Terrible customer service

ouble charged me, said they would refund me. Its been 3 weeks and still no refund. Multiple emails, WhatsApp messages and phone calls ignored. Renting 2 cars from this company for over 6 months. They're quick to chase you for money, but when they owe you money, they ignore you.

Cheating company very bad service.

Cheating company very bad service. 1. I asked for a car which they told me that they did have it, after having paid they gave me another one because the car that I had requested was being technically reviewed. After four months they never delivered the car that I had initially requested. 2. They make debit card discounts without permissions, I did not want to rent more, the car and they deducted 2500 aed from my card again without asking if I wanted to continue renting 3. Failure to comply at the time of delivery of the car. They say to pick up the car at 11 am and they arrive at 4 pm and they also charge 160 aed for delivery, they debit it again from my card without consulting me.

I have been renting with Quick Lease…

I have been renting with Quick Lease for the past year and have had a great experience. Waqas has been especially helpful. He is quick to respond to any email or message and has helped me when I needed to change car or get a refund. I have had issues with Quick lease, but having Mr. Saif, Operations, Accounts and Refunds department's support is the main reason I return to them time and time again. Thank you Waqas and The Quick Lease Team.
