The worst service ever
The worst service ever. Haven’t get my deposit back and customer service is fording me to go there personally as they are not helpful and they are lie to me. Feeding me by bulshit information every time I called to check on my deposit. It’s terrible that you have to follow up to get my money back on time. As they were very fast to deduct and keep my money for 30 days (which is completely unacceptable from the beginning). Now it’s 45 days and I can’t see my money back as promised. Hope this bulshit company with not survive with such awful service.

THIEVES AND CROOKS AND SLOPPY. Quicklease are thieves and liars. t's been a month now, and they haven't returned our deposit to us. As well, they CHARGED OUR CARD WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION AN EXTRA TWO WEEKS OF RENTAL!! why??? Because the team is so SLOPPY and unprofessional they "assumed" we still had the car, no one bothered to check the system, and without our permission charged our card an extra two weeks of rental fees, even though the initial rental was only for 9 days!!! We have been chasing them for three weeks now, and no one is returning the money they stole. Not only that, but the manager has admitted that this "mistake" has happened before many times! They are thieves who are getting away with money! We will be taking legal action and informing consumer protection as well against these crooks.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service, dishonest -and misconduct information from the front desk employees. They never refund the deposit until you call and keep checking. If you want to have a discussion on tickets/fines then you will have to discuss multiple times and no ending. I would not recommend just because they are cheaper then others.

My experience with this company was terrible. From lack of information given to me considering that I am a first time customer and new to the country, to bad customer service and speaking to me in a rude manner, to making me wait outside till some paperwork is done in their parking and having to deal with low mannered team. It had been a nightmare and would never recommend this company to anybody. One example is when I rented the car, they have not informed of any traffic rules neither of any additional charges incurred in case of payments to RTA nor the option of upgrading the insurance package. I had to discover all by myself. Another example was when o was returning the car, the sales representative told every time you rent a car you damage it. It means you are a bad driver. I was astonished by this and decided to share my awful experience with them.

Be very careful before signing anytime when you make the vehicle, they modify the terms of the contract and cover themselves like that. It's a gang of thieves who we open this agency to steal people under a front. They take money from your card for no reasons and never refund the deposit, The manager is totally incompetent, To date I've complained to the police, which deplorable image of Dubai you have to act quickly, banish!!!
My worst customer service experience in the UAE
Multiple issues including: late delivery, a vehicle not fit for purpose and over twenty customer service calls with a promise for a return call which never occurred. This was an incredibly stressful service and after 12 years in Dubai this is by far my worst customer service experience. I hope my feedback can be taken on board and I encourage an investment in Customer Service training for the Quick Lease team.
