PLEASE stay away from blindpsotglobal. Its a shame that its a government approved website and they do nut fulfil there role. I have have not received any test kit yet and at this rate it seems like my quarantine will be over without receiving it. They do not respond to any emails and phone calls. I paid £105 for nothing. This is an incredible company nothing is too much for them - they go above and beyond! I have used this service for my day 2 and 8 COVID test, and will definitely use them in the future for future tests. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. They have a walk-in test centre for people near Chester (North West) and also one in London. 5***** there is no better company to trust and their prices are easily the best on the market. Never thought I would say this about a COVID test provider but LOVE LOVE LOVE

Keep away from this gang of fraudsters. I paid for two test kits that I never received, calls are impossible because all calls go to voice mail straightaway, and emails are ignored. I doubt I will ever get a refund for the £ 105 that I've wasted on these crooks.

I ordered a covid-19 arrival test kit consisting of mandatory day-2 and day-8 tests and a day-5 test to release, spending £150 for everything. I was sent an e-mail by Randox (as it seems Blindspot global is just another front for Randox) where the TNT tracking number for the package was provided. TNT claims that the package was delivered although not me nor my neighbours have received or signed for it. This all feels like a daytime robbery plus I have been made a hostage by a company that does not comply with the rules.

The samples can only be returned at drop boxes, of which there are only 58 for the whole UK. Your only alternative to going to one of them is booking your own courier, so add that to the cost of your tests. This wasn't clearly stated on their website and by the time you notice it time is already tight, as the delivery of the kits wasn't precisely fast. Avoid if you don't want to waste money.

Cannot contact by phone or email - do not use this company as if you need to contact them ( tests don’t arrive - paperwork wrong etc ) you simply cannot get through to them - sent 4 emails and called several times - answerphone says they are busy so contact them by email - emails not answered so you have nowhere to go

I ordered day 2 test but it didn’t arrive. I had to do another test in a pharmacy which was very expensive. They sent day 2 test on day 6 which was useless. I asked for a refund and They emailed back saying they had sent it, completely useless after day 2 though!
