I booked a 2 and 8 day covid test for my trip to London, but they never arrived to me. They never responded or replied to my emails. They never sent any tests. You have to chase them and they will tell you,someone will be in touch with you and never happened. How these scammers are recommended by UK government I will never know.If Blindspot Global can’t fulfil its obligations as per taking £120 prepayment for tests which require an urgent response, they should lose their uk government endorsement to test. At the end I've called the NHS telling my story about blinspot company which scammed me and they will provide me a free test.

payment taken but i have not received my kit or confirmation email

I raised a query on Saturday 3rd July though the online message link on the Blind Spot Global website. NONE OF THE CONTACT NUMBERS ARE BEING ANSWERED. i have been trying all day. 1st july 2021 we ordered the first set of kits (2day,5day and 8day) we have yet to receive an email confirmation for this purchase. payment has been taken from my account. At the airport during check in we were not allowed to pass as we were unable to present this email confirmation. Due to this, the time of the flight and the fact that you guys were not yet open at that time, I had to purchase yet another test kit (2day and 8day) in order for him to fly. i have sent countless emails and have tried several numbers and have been unable to get through.

I’ve used blind spot global a few times now and I would like to say what a great service they offer. It’s obvious there is a military background within this company as the tests and results are delivered and received with military precision. Will definitely be using blind spot again and will recommend them to my army of friends. Well done blind spot keep up the great work.

Test kit never posted, no call back either

Test kit never posted. Called 3 times to follow up since no one called back after several promises. Lady on the phone said she'd call by 5pm as she still didn't have info. Called office again, opening hours website stated 8pm, at 5pm automated message said office closed. Now having to wait until next day to begin the refund process. Let's see how hard they're going to make it since we had to call 20 times until someone answered the phone

My confirmation email didn’t arrive confirming my purchase of the day 2/8 test kits. The confirmation email is essential as it contains the reference number for the passenger locator form. After a few days of waiting I contacted the number on the website and was helped by Rachel. Wow! What a really helpful lady. She went out of her way to get the confirmation email sent back out with the reference number and within 15 minutes of calling, I had everything I needed. Rachel was even kind enough to follow up later the same day to check I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely use Blindspot again. Thanks, Lee.

Huge credit to a lovely lady Rachel for the amazing service and help. She is a golden star with a huge heart commitment and dedication!!she deserves to be an employ of the century!! I had problems with the order and she was so helpful, compassionate and went extra 150miles to provide the highest quality service help and advice. She resolved the issue and kept excellent communication thru out the process. She is a big credit to the company and she deserves the recognition for her work as she went beyond to help us!! DO NOT USE THEM!

DO NOT USE THEM!! I had the two test 2nd and 10 day and the release on 5th day. I only got one of the three test results. Had confirmation that they received my tests but no results. I asked them where they are and they never replied and I asked for my money back and never replied. This company is not fit for purpose. I am still seeking refund.

I booked a 2 and 8 day covid test for an upcoming trip to London from New York. I made a mistake and booked two sets of tests instead of one. I called Blindspot at 3am my time and was helped by Chloe Hesketh, who answered the phone immediately. She promptly cancelled one order and refunded my money. She answered all of my questions in regards to the test kit and took the time to look up and send me the location of the nearest Blindspot dropbox in the area where I will be staying in London. She was very reassuring and helpful first thing in the morning! She totally put my mind at ease at a very stressful time. She is an asset to your company and I appreciate all of her efforts. Rachel was extremely help and…

Rachel was extremely helpful and reassuring. She dealt with all our questions and concerns with confidence, good chat and humour. She also helped others who were having difficulties when I asked her if they could contact her. She was available 24/7 and nothing was too much trouble.

I used blindspot for both the fit to fly & Day 2

I used blindspot for both the fit to fly and the day 2 return test. The fit to fly was on a very tight schedule for the Champions league final but Rachel Doyle came to my rescue, she also contacted me on my return to make sure everything went smoothly for my day 2. Thanks Rachel & the other Blindspot team we delt with at the drop-off.
