Great customer service.

Great customer service.. Stressful never having done "fit to fly" before but Rachel & Gary guided through process making me feel confident & happy with process. Calling me back making sure all was well. Rachel especially was a lovely bubbly character who genuinely cared. Big Thanks.

Very professional service so far

As I only had a very short window to receive and send off my covid test and receive my fit to fly certificate I called and spoke to Rachel who was very friendly and professional and confirmed there would be no issues she then called me on Monday to advise the kit would be with me on Tuesday which I have now received on time to complete the test and send back. I will add further review when I receive my certificate and my 2 day test kit. Thanks very much Rachel

AVOID. Please do not use this company for your Day 2/8 testing packages. They do not send the tests and do not answer your emails when you write to enquire.

Avoid. My friend had to use for Day 2 Day 8 they never responded or replied to her emails. They never sent any tests. she ended up having to use NHS tests.

Total scam

Day 2 and day 8 covid test never arrived to me - at the end I've called the NHS telling my story about blinspot company which scammed me and they will provide me a free test. This situation will not end up like this. Avoid this company!

I've booked day 2-day 8 covid test five days ago. Today I should get tested but my covid-19 kit didn't arrive yet. I've sent many emails and called many times and finally a woman at the phone told me "we are too busy" - as she said. This is not right, you gave me a lot of stress plus money wasted.
