5 stars for a good delivery,easy to use and register online 1 star for customer service, as not being able to talk to any representative, but only a machine (lots of redirections to the Internet and contact third party, if it was the case) Be mindful with the time frame needed to accommodate your needs (48 or 72 hours - cost difference) and check if you are nearby a Dropbox location !!! Had to buy from another provider.

My flight was changed due to all of the changes recently, the customer service team were really friendly and helpful and amended my booking at no additional cost.

I had ordered what I thought was a day 2 pcr test kit to be delivered to my home for when I arrived back from Australia. I had actually booked one for a clinic. Realising I had made a mistake, Blindspotglobal (Laura) was absolutely fantastic helping me change it to a delivery instead. I can't thank Blindspotglobal enough. Brilliant customer service!!

I was overwhelmed by the amount of research needed in order to comply with the latest requirements for entering England. Out of approx 12 letters sent out to different companies offering the test kits for Covid, Blindspotglobal's representative (Amy) greatly assisted in replying with official links and added personal information which greatly assisted my accomplishing everything needed to obtain the test kit according to my situation. Also, their prices were more reasonable than all the other companies' prices which I searched. Thanks!

I used Blindspot to obtain my day two test kit after returning from work abroad. Unfortunately I mistyped the country I was leaving and checked out without realising. I contacted customer service and had a reply at 19.30 at night and everything sorted by Lunch time the next day. I would highly rate this company, certainly others could learn from their customer service. Thank you.
