Why all the hate? my experience is perfection

I just did an in clinic test at the Beehive Clinic Chester and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received from the technician/nurse for myself and my 3 children. We were asked if I wanted to have a supervised test or if we felt more comfortable with an administered test (not self swab). We elected for the administered tests. Everyone was made completely at ease by the reassuring tone and language of the technician. When swabbing the back of the throat we needed several attempts as the gag reflex initially meant that the swab could be contaminated with saliva. The technician took special care the swab wasn't voided with saliva and the nasal swab was the least painful of the numerous PCR tests I have taken. I was provided the leaflet which required me to register the Randox tests results which is very straight forward. Lastly i had the pleasure of meeting the owner of the business who went out of his way and did something exceptional (children do not require day 8 tests he allowed them to be swapped out for TTR for myself) a true gentlemen.

Poorly organised dispassionate company

I had initially felt this company were helpful but having had no useful reply and no refund when the Test to Release test pack arrives before the Day 2 and Day 8 tests and no clear information re which test you are taking i'm really hacked off. Especially as i spent so much to buy the tests and time to call back all day only to find I had taken the wrong test. My wife bought the tests as I needed the test to release to attend my Father in Law's funeral.

Avoid Blindspot

Avoid Blindspot. They use Randox for return of test samples to testing lab in northern Ireland. This is not mentioned on order site. Nearest randox drop off is 40 miles from where I'm quarantined. And can't drop off on a Sunday anyway so likelihood of my test being received within stipulated 70 hours is slim.

Avoid this company because…

Avoid this company for the following reasons: - They offer no real service (they are Man-in-the-middle to make money selling you a slightly more expensive product from other providers): After I paid, there was no instructions or follow up apart from suddenly receiving a Kit from Randox Health. They just ordered that on my behalf. Randox sell the same package for £96.00 (UK Arrival Day 2 and Day 8 COVID-19 tests), while this company sell it for £105 to make some money. - By getting this Randox kit from them as a third-party, I was unable to get direct support from Randox. - They never answer their phone, and after checking social media to see other complaints I believe they only have a Tel number to look like a legit company. An email reply was sent to me after I chased the delivery of the kit only after it was delivered to say delivery takes 2-4 working days. Further attempts to call them and ask how we can arrange sample collection while we are in quarantine have all failed. - The kit I received was wrongly marketed even by the original brand (Randox) as the city I am in has no dropbox to get the sample collected and nobody is telling us before we buy that they offer no home collection service. How can you expect people to quarantine for 10 days and at the same time travel miles away to find one of your dropbox services? DX as their backup plan too did not offer any dropbox for biological samples in my city (and I live in a UK city, not a town/village). This is also a Randox problem and I will make sure I give them a bad review for this bad and dangerous service! - If you check their domain against a Whois service online, you will see their domain was registered in 2020. Makes me think, a temporary setup to sell products related to the pandemic with no real infrastructure or evidence of a long term plan! - Late delivery of kit (5 days after the Order date) - Finally, it is a real shame the UK Gov website list this company (and probably others who are similar) on their page because this is how I found them. We should really make an effort to protect customers. We simply need clear information especially when the service offered has known limits and implications. If you continue to offer a problematic service, the least we can do as customers is to inform and raise awareness.

Most garbage company ever dealt with. Ordered 2 kits for day 2 and 8 and 1 for day 5 test to release after 2 days received pre departure test instead of test to release then next day came another kit and other kit didn't arrived still tried to contact them but number provided doesn't ever exist, how the hell this company was approved by government? it's a joke...

A scam company, fake positive reviews

A scam company and any positive on here is false or from an employee to attempt to counteract the negative reviews. Tests sent in the wrong order and a complete reluctance to help or support in any way. The phone number provided has apparently been busy for 72 hours and I’ve had probably the worst customer care experience I’ve ever had in the emails I’ve received. Empty promises, no follow ups and I have zero confidence in them actually, proactively addressing the significant mistake they have made. It is simply impossible to speak to anyone directly or get a straight answer. I had paid for day 2, 5 and 8 tests, which were sent in the wrong order and now am unable to test for early release because of their inability to send a replacement day 5 test. I’ve spent three days trying to sort this and they’ve not been in touch once. Absolute cowboys and I literally have no idea how on earth they appear on the recommended list of providers from the government as they’re clearly a bogus company.

Scam company

Scam company. Do not purchase testing kits from. They are a complete scam with no support if your testing kit does not arrive. They have mixed up my kit, call the call centre and it cuts you off, no one responds to email. Pay more with a more reputable company.

Bogus company

Any positive reviews you read on blindspot are fake. You will not receive your test and you will not be able to contact them via email or phone. You will be paying for nothing. How can a fraudulent website be listed on the governments list of approved test providers.

Having read the reviews on here after…

Having read the reviews on here after purchasing my tests I was most worried about being scammed so I called my bank just in case! But following a lovely quick response from Laura about a detail I had put in wrong on my order it was dealt with efficiently. My order arrived within 3 days and by dpd - it was a great service and I wanted to share that as it was cost worthy and brilliant.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CORRUPT COMPANY!!! Blindspot Global is a corrupt company that benefits from people who desperately need a negative test for being able to travel. This is pure disaster capitalism and cronyism (likely with links to the corrupt conservative UK government). Stay away from this company because the tests they promise are useless and your money is gone. And don't let yourself be fooled by the 3star score because the 5star reviews are clearly fake ones posted by the company itself. Let this be a warning!
