I ordered my test to release tests from Blindspot Global, and the team were great answering my queries on email. Some labatories do not even have a contact number whereas Blindspot were very responsive. Thanks, I will use them again!

I ordered my day 2 test as I am…

I ordered my day 2 test as I am vaccinated. I had quite a lot of questions regarding this and was really unsure what I was doing. I emailed Blindspot and they got back to me with extensive information about where to find the most up to date information about the country I was travelling to. They made me feel at ease that I was speaking with someone knowledgeable and competent. They even educated me about the passenger locator form which I needed to fill out on the way back, which I was unaware of. Blindspot made a new experience that is somewhat stressful, I felt at ease and that I was choosing a trusted provider. Thanks again Blindspot.

I ordered my day 2 and 8 with Blindspot…

I ordered my day 2 and 8 with Blindspot Global. I received my confirmation email for my passenger locator form number. I then received a text message about my delivery. I also spoke to Customer service as I had a couple of questions and they were really helpful. I then conducted test, instructions in the pack and on their FAQ's page. I received my results on time too. Thanks Blindspot, I will definitely use them again.

Quick delivery and really helpful staff. We had ordered day 2 PCR tests and our holiday was cancelled by the travel company so we re-booked it for a month later. Blindspot amended our order no problem and their emails were really friendly and helpful.

I do not recommend this lab if you need more than just a confirmation code.

I have ordered Covid-tests here - 6 kits (2&8 days for those who arrived from abroad). I have found this lab in the list on gov.uk, so this lab was certified and prepared to make these tests. When I was booking the tests, the lab asked me regarding my arrival date. After the payment they have sent me a confirmation code for my locators form. I guess they we sure that was the end of their duties: I have never heard them again. I have not received neither the replies to multiple requests, nor the tests. NHS has saved me: they have sent a replacement kits for all of my family. I do not recommend this lab if you need more than just a confirmation code.

Awful experience and horrible customer…

Awful experience and horrible customer service . I work as frontline NHS doctor and as everyone else I have been treating COVID patients over the last 16 months or so and I really feel sorry for people who are utilising this pandemic to make money without offering any service which is actually awful. I have booked Day 2 & Day 8 testing for arrival from amber list country at Bee hive clinic in Chester , I did not find appointment for day 2 after arrival but I have found appointment for day 8 and I had to book day 2 with another provider . Later I have realised that the government announced that from 19th of July fully vaccinated people arriving from amber list countries will need only day 2 test which I have booked with another provider rather than Blindspot global . I Tried to cancel my appointment with Blindspot global and refund my money one week before my appointment then I was told by the customer service representatives that it is not happening because of very silly reasons including that they charge only for day 2 and day 8 is free which has never been stated while doing my booking then I replied saying that I didn’t find appointments for day 2 and that’s why I have booked only day 8 with Blindspot global and had to book day 2 with another provider paying around £120 for day 2 only then they replied that When I tried to book my Clinic slots I would of known at that point that I could not attend for the whole package (both day 2 and 8) I have proceeded to still purchase at my own choice for that reason unfortunately they are unable to help me !!!!!!!!, I will never stop chasing them to refund my money because simply they charged me £75 for no service .I definitely don’t recommend this company at all .I am going to write to CQC about my experience and will involve all other responsible authorities as well .

Blindspot Global should be removed from approved test providers list

We complied with UK regulations and booked and paid for two day 2 tests online before our return to the UK. One arrived, the other did not. Despite several emails to Blindspot Global, we were ignored. This company should be removed from the list of UK government-approved test providers. Taking payment and not fulfilling the order is fraud. This is simply a moneymaking exercise with absolutely no accountability whatsoever. Shame on you Blindspot Global. And shame on you UK government for appointing these charlatans.

I ordered the 2nd and 8th-day test kits without looking at the reviews and I got scared after seeing these reviews but for me, I got my test kits on time and results as well.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TEST

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR TEST. My day 2 and 8 tests came very late and I never received my day 5 to release test. Their customer service is inexistent and they haven't refunded me my day 5 test. Even after the three last email I sent without answer. Additionally, you have to drop your test at one of their very few drop off location (had to travel 45 minutes to drop off mine). They don't offer to drop off their test at any post mailbox. which is very inconvenient.
