Excellent service and customer service.

I have used Blindspot Global on two separate occasions and gad a great experience both times.The service was prompt and reliable. In particular,Lauren provided outstanding service. She was flexible, contactable and very knowledgeable about the ever changing rules.I would highly recommend Blindspot and will use them again for my future travel plans.

Lauren, she was so helpful! She explained all of the paperwork I needed to travel and all the processes for the tests. It’s certainly a great service and takes away the stress of it all so we could relax and know we were following the rules!! Would definitely recommend

Ordered a fit to fly test and a day 2 pcr. Tests arrived promptly. Results came back the following day. Really friendly customer service team on the phones and in the clinic. Would definitely use this company again for my next trip

No problems with mine but my wife's envelope was empty so we had to run around getting a test at the airport before we flew. Caused a lot of additional stress and hassle we didn't need.

Tests never delivered nor refund given No reply to emails

They sold me tests promising me that they'd ship my test the next day. They still haven't shipped it a week later and they keep accusing me of not reading all the contradicting information on their website. They just keep blaming me for buying something from them which they knew I wouldn't be able to make use of. Once I pointed it out that they have contradicting information on their website they just started ignoring me. Awful experience and the customer service in particular is disgusting as they keep blaming the customer rather than being empathetic.

The delivery was very fast!
