Every person I spoke to throughout the process of getting my charger fixed was friendly, helpful and went above & beyond to support me. Jonathan, the engineer, was superb. Kept me informed the whole time and had us up and running again within an hour.

Contacted as needed help with charger not showing as Cloud only Local. Jaidan was very patient and gave me advice on checks to make. Eventually rectified by a reset on router.

Great service

We've recently purchased a new electric car and have been commissioning a ProjectEV charger which came with our house. Jada-Leigh in particular has been great in helping us set the system up to charge at the pre-defined time set by Octopus for the cheap rate. Calls and emails have all been handled quickly and customer service has been excellent. We're charging too! As for the Mercedes EQB – I'd advise against buying that, but Project EV have been great!
