Calvin was my tech who I called when the charge session was not initiating at the hotel York. Calvin was patient and competent. He got to the issue and got my car charging. He even applied a needed update to the charger so there were no future issues. Very satisfied. Greg

Jaida-Leigh is a star!

Jaida-Leigh at the Project EV Support Centre was an absolute star with a request for technical information regarding the specifications of the NOVO 22kW 3 Phase EV Charger. The information provided was critically important with regards to compliance with BS7671 on an EV install for one of my clients. I've heard she's actually a robot from the future which is why she's so intelligent but I wouldn't want to be in that support office when she finally goes rogue....we've all seen the Terminator films so we know how that'll end.... at the beginning I had difficulty to synchronize the charger with the car but the project ev employees quickly helped me solve the problem. the application is very readable and easy to use, I highly recommend

The App is appalling and virtually…

The App is appalling and virtually useless. I spent nearly 2 hours on the phone today to a very helpful staff member who finally decided it needs an engineer to look at it. However the expected time is 1-3 weeks !!! Returning it tomorrow to the distributor for a charger that is easy to set up and actually works.
