Rajwinder Kaur was extremely helpful today with the problem I was experiencing connecting to my EV Project charger. It took some 15 minutes to solve my issue and she was very patient and thorough. Needless to say I gave her five stars. She is competent and has a very pleasant manner.

Communication between departments

Team is very helpful but mor communication between departments for sharing already collected data would be a big improvement as its now taken several days to get to an engineer attending site when i thought it had already been sorted and issued when i rang technical on the day. i delt with Lilly Claxton and Kuran Hallan both have been extremely polite and prompt with their responses however if the information had been shared from my phone call with Lilly to Kurran then this issue would likely be either fixed or issue found and solution reccomended.

Great support and working well

Used now since June with no issues. Schedule charges over night for my PHEV. Only gripe is no way of getting usage out of the app (some sort of export would be great so I can have some receipt of use and total KW for period e.g. August). I need to charge for the electricity used for company car!! THIS IS NEEDED!! this is why only 4-stars otherwise excellent. Your support over the phone when I first started was excellent.

problem reconnecting charge point

Had a problem reconnecting the home charge point after changing broadband provider. Called the technical team and was helped by Rajwinder Kaur who was excellent in resolving the issue.
