Excellent response and got our charger back up and running very quickly.

Antonio talked me through the setting up process, was very patient with me and made it simple to understand. The EV App and Charger are fantastic and Antonio was pretty good as well!

I've owned a Project EV charger for just over a year and although I've just recently had an issue with the unit, they sent an engineer (Rich) out who swapped it over as it was in warranty. Their customer service is impeccable, All the way from getting advice on setting the charger up on the app, through to any ongoing questions and technical support. I can't recommend this company enough.

Antonio was so helpful, so patient with me as I was having so much trouble. He solved my problem for me. He told me to ring again if I had any problems. He was very kind. A lovely man.
