Good technical support provided getting a EV Charger setup on a new wireless network. Many thanks to Farhan Syed for a clear instructions provided very quickly. The app is a bit slow to respond, but OK.

We emailed this company & they emailed back. Also the delightful Jaida rang me & I spoke with her in more than one occasion. Very helpful & even though we couldn’t solve the problem over the phone, Jaida organised an engineer to visit. Excellent service all round.

I was struggling to set up my new EV…

I was struggling to set up my new EV Charger so I did what I should have done in the first place and phoned the help line. Within 5 minutes of speaking to Kuran on the technical Helpdesk my car was charging. Exactly what a technical Helpdesk should do. A 5 star service and a very happy customer.

i had an issue regarding connectivity…

i had an issue regarding connectivity between the charger and the app, I contacted Project EV and spoke with Fahed, I must say he really went the full mile trying to assist me, in the end with his assistance we got a good result and identified an underlying issue which moving forward will be easy to solve. it is rare these days that people actually take the time and effort Fahed took with me and throughout was totally professional and polite and even when explaining things that no doubt to a lot of people would be obvious at no time did he make me feel stupid or that I should know what to do, unlike some people I have dealt with in the past. Absolutely first class customer service.
