Matt V made this easy. He tested the charger and determined that the best way forward was to replace it. This he did with no fuss and had the whole commissioning process complete within 45 minutes. A credit to the workforce. Well done Matt.

I got very detailed advice which resolved my issue. William Price handled my problem over a quite lengthy period (due to various external factors), but gave me comprehensive and easy-to-follow advice in a very supportive and patient manner. Support staff can sometimes be a little patronising and talk down to customers, or pitch things way over the customer's head, but William's tone was spot on.

Jordan arrived within the time scale. Sorted out installation problems within less than 30 minutes. Would thoroughly recommend Project EV

Alex came to see me today at my home address to help set up my Project EV Charging Station.
