Needed help to re-log in to app

Lost my phone, couldn't log into my home charger with the newly downloaded app, called the help line, Kuran from tech support spent half an hour patiently going through the process to get me back on line and in control of the charger. First class service, very impressed, thank you.

Project EV A Must For Your Next EV Charging Project

Project EV Customer services and Technical are old fashioned person to person flexible company rather than AI enabled bots talking to humans which most others use much to one's frustration. Ademola, Callum and Clinton all helped superbly in during each stage of my enquiry from setting up the account, help with charging structure even assistance enabling the meter with WiFi.

Prompt assistance from Project EV

I found my charger was only charging 1.8KW. I sent an email overnight to Project EV Support Centre - Kuran responded first thing this morning and helped me with the settings on the app, and did a software update - and the charger was back to normal by lunchtime.

Great service

The engineer was extremely polite and efficient. He installed a new charger for us as the old one was beyond repair.Not only did he have to travel to the Isle of Wight he had to set off very early in the morning to get here! I would give him more than 5 stars if it were possible.
