This morning a Project EV engineer connected the charger we have sited at our holiday lodges for guests to use. Ian explained exactly how it will work. Then a very satisfactory follow up phone call with Clinton Balogun at Project EV's office helped me to fully understand how to complete the online form to get us registered. Clinton listened to all my questions and answered them beautifully. 110% performance - thank you for making the whole conversation so clear and relevant.

Jaida is a star

I was having an ongoing problem with the Electric Miles App for my Project EV charger. Jaida was super easy to deal with and really helpful whilst solving the problem properly without any fuss! Saved me ££'s having to keep charging on public chargers. I'm really pleased. Thank you Jaida.

A huge thank you to Jaida-Leigh Esson for the lightning fast response and resolution to my charging connection issue. My ipace used to take a long time initiating and my wife’s Fiat 500e was hard to connect and would drop out. A few setting tweaks and a firmware update has resulted in instantaneous connection now on both of our cars. A great outcome and again many thanks to Jaida for the great customer service and technical support 👍 Thanks Project Ev for great after sales service Tony

Everyone at Project EV I have dealt with has been brilliantly helpful and responsive. I am very glad I chose to buy my EV charger from Project EV. I am also delighted with my Apex charger. I should mention all those I have had the pleasure of dealing with: Jaida-Leigh Esson Rajwinder Kaur Farhan Syed Phil Duffy and also the helpful engineer, who finally resolved an issue for me, Richard Robson. I should especially note the contributions made by Jaida-Leigh and Richard.

I have nothing but praise for Kuran Halan from customer services who spent an hour on the phone going through and then more time going over screenshots to diagnose the problem. As usual it was operator error as I had transposed two letters in the password. Got it done in the end! Always got through quickly on the phone and a really good bunch. A1!

Excellent technical service help

I have had a couple of occasions when the Project EV app was not connecting with the charger in our garage. Kuran on the company's telephone helpline was excellent: quick response, patient, sorted the problem. We are very happy with the charger and how the app manages it: it all works well.
