Stay away. Customer service is non-existent...and trust me you will need plenty of it! This company is only grief... Most recent issue... Charger keeps going offline. They tell us to up the wifi signal. (It actually runs off a sim card, supplied by them!) They said they'll have to send someone out...but there is a 3-5 week waiting list. If not for us being bound by a 3 year contract we would long have left them.

Absolutely wonderful experience

Called Technical Support this morning to get help with setting a charge schedule (in order not to have to get up in the middle of the night to charge manually) Kuran was able to resolve the issue and showed great patience throughout the process, as I had to go from charger to car and to upstairs office numerous times. He even called me back when we were cut off. A truly rare and wonderful experience these days. Thank you Kuran

Best technical support I have received in a long time

Spoke to a member of the technical team (Kuran) who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Provided clear step by step instructions. Don't treat as if I hadn't a clue, and took on board any comments or information I provided. In the end, a solution wasn't possible over the phone despite best efforts, and a engineer visit was arranged.
