We had an issue where the glass panel…

We had an issue where the glass panel fell off and smashed. After we had spoken to someone and emailed the details, they sent an engineer out. He phoned for directions and was really friendly and helpful. He got it all sorted and even sorted it all out on the app and checked that it worked before he left. He had gone to ask for directions and even after being shouted at by our very grumpy neighbour he was really lovely. A great experience.

Very helpful and easy to get hold of support

Antonio was super helpful and patient and helped me set up my EV charger over the phone. Before just hanging up and moving on, he took the trouble to ensure I was on the latest firmware and advised on the most optimum settings for the app based on our expected charging usage. He also advised how to set up the app for my wife. All in all, very quick support and easy to get hold of. A real breath of fresh air in this day and age, when you are often left on calls waiting systems for long times. Very please and keep it up.

Jonathan was good enough to phone to tell me he was on his way, found the fault on the E V Charger and fixed the fault. Jonathan was was very polite and knowledgeable on the workings of the charger, cannot fault his work.

Been using ProjectEV charger about a…

Been using ProjectEV charger about a year and had an issue when the front glass panel fall off and smashed. Emailed ProjectEV and in 3 days Jonathan came and fixed it. He was very professional and called in advance and done the job in the matter of minutes. Very happy with him and the whole experience.

Amazing customer support team
