I dealt with Rajwinder regarding issues with my EV charger, which was actually an issue with the set up the the VW van, not the charger itself. Rajwinder couldn't have been more helpful with information and responding quickly. Thanks Gareth

I had been struggling for a couple of days to successfully connect my EV charger to my new Hybrid car. I called the help line of Project ev and was connected to Farhan Syed. He could not have been more helpful or patient. He spend time with me to walk me through the process, he was very knowledgeable and understanding, by far the best online customer service l have had. The connection is now made and l am confident l am now all set to have a charged up vehicle when l wake up tomorrow.Well done Farhan.
