The helpful and positive response from Project EV has been very useful in resolving car charging issues and the technical support from Jay has enabled us to confirm the issue is with the car and not with the EV charger. The service over the telephone from staff and Project EV has been excellent.

Although there must be a better way of linking up the single charger, especially when you're in an apartment block and everything works ok after you get your head around the fact that you need a good wifi signal, able to get it to the post, have available the possibility of powering down the charging post to initialise it and hope that your wifi signal remains stable and doesn't go down and having to perhaps go through the same procedure again! What they are good at is the customer service, very efficient, patient (especially when dealing with a less than IT literate person). As it's such a pain to set up I can only give the equipment 4 stars which is a shame as the customer support is very good.
