Jaydeep was very patient with me, so I appreciated him for that. It was quite a complicated process so I was glad that he was very knowledgeable and guided me through the process. I can now set my charger to charge at 12.30 at night to benefit from cheaper electricity.

Loss of LED display

I installed the Apex 7.3 Kw vehicle charge point great piece of kit and was fine. My client contacted me after a few days saying the LED display had ceased working. After a site diagnosis I contacted Project EV (PEV), I spoke to James who after my story arranged a site visit for an engineer. Mitch the engineer contacted me on the morning of the visit twice to confirm arrival time. I met Mitch at my clients and Mitch diagnosed and immediately replaced the EVCP. He also programmed it fully for my client and ensured it was fully functionable. Mitch had me do a selfie with my client and left. I had forgotten that there are STILL companies that practice excellent customer service, well done PEV. Dave B & Phil T

I made an enquiry about pricing at a particular charging point. I had a very quick response from Clinton Balogun - in less than an hour, which was brilliant. He was very helpful and informative, even when I had further questions. Excellent service!

Both representatives from Projectev, Leanne and Antonio, were very helpful. They were patient and understanding, taking time to gradually talk me through what was quite a complicated procedure.

Helpful and friendly customer support

Customer support was always very friendly and helpful - both via email and via the phone. Had an issue with a charger not releasing the cable recently - though it turned out I simply did nut pull hard enough as I did not want to break anything :D. It was just very snug. And Clinton Balogun recently helped me clarifying an issue via email.
