Disappointed to me I came late night from work I want to charge my van for tomorrow but unable to charge or over ride without app but unable and Try to call on customer no unfortunately they provide the support only office hours I am not happy

EV Charger online data issues

Very disappointing start to our issues of EV Chargers being off line by being asked to do a full hard reset but your Jaida-Leigh Esson then later checked our sim cards to find we were out of data (only 1 year in to a 5 year contract) and had those reset. Once we had data then everything went back on line.

Updating broadband details made easy

I have just changed over my broadband connection so needed to update the charger. I find the instructions on the website really difficult to follow especially when the computer is not next to the charger! I called the helpline and was given incredibly easy to follow instructions by Lilly, now my charger is updated and I can charge the car...happy days!

First time having issue with EV charger. Little bit wary. Called up. answered promptly and put through to Farhan who guided me through the steps quickly and efficiently. Knowledgeable and professional chap who has hopefully sorted the issue. stand by for update

Firmware update correction

Jay was great fixing an issue with a firmware update that rendered our Project EV Apex charger unable to work correctly with our car's timer. Responses were polite, timely and helpful, resolving the issue very quickly. Technical support far superior to website FAQ pages.
