The man i spoke was Dane. He was so kind and patient i cannot praise him enough. He deserves a raise as i was ready to give up and he persuaded me to try one more thing and it worked. I had a new wi-fi supplier at home and was dreading having to set up my new wi-fi again after last time it took me over an hour on the phone to Project EV. This time I found the process very easy with the help of Lilly who gave me clear instructions on how to connect my new wi-fi. It was a straight forward procedure that took 10 mins. I needed my previous months EV charging data from my home EV charging point. I emailed project EV on the 1st of the month and within 1 hour i had an email back with my data. Thats so good from Jaida, who also asked / checked if anything else needed - excellent

Fast Charger issue
I reported an issue with our fast charger today and spoke to James, he was really helpful and communicative and apologised he couldn't get an engineer out quicker, but wanted to ensure it would be a first time fix. Repair is booked, so just waiting for an engineer to attend. I will update my review after the engineer attends

Having had issues getting my Octopus…
Having had issues getting my Octopus Intelligent App syncing with my home charger to take advantage of cheaper energy, I first tried Octopus, who were good by the way, the fault came back as either car related or charger blocking the connection. I read a lot of negativity and issues on the internet about trying to get Octopus Intelligent charging to work with the Project EV charger's and the lack of support from Project EV. Well, having sent out a cry for help using the contact us page on their website, William came back to me within an hour, app tweaked a updated was asked to give it another try. Come 23:30 when the off peak energy started, everything worked as it should. William followed up on my case a couple of days later just to check everything was still working as it should, which it was. Thanks for your support. Darren
