I typically don’t leave bad reviews for things, especially on impulse buys that I know are made against my better judgment. I usually chalk it up as a loss and move on. But I felt like I had to say something for this. You will likely be disappointed.

DOES NOT work! Rips off hair! What a waste of money

The material sticks to the hair which can cause it to rip off, when working out my ponytail actually gets undone faster than with a regular hair tie, and the worst part is that both of my pony-o hair ties broke within a few weeks (the wire inside just snapped and started poking out). Overall very disappointing, bad product and very overpriced.

Way overpriced with expensive postage for an item that does not work as advertised. I have normal- thick hair and my pony tail flops as with a regular hair tie. Thick fabric hair ties from Priceline and coles work a treat. PonyO is a rip off, wish I read reviews first.

I LOVE my PonyO! It holds your hair tight and doesn’t leave a crease! And it makes my ponytail way more full and fun! I highly recommend

AVOID AVOID AVOID This company are a complete rip off before you can get your goods you have to £15.00 for custom tax to the post office As if the product is not over priced as it is , they can’t get it to you without you having to pay extra Shame on them for selling and ripping customers off

My delivery is still with the Royal Mail as I refuse to pay the £12.46 customs duty that is apparently due. Completely useless response from the company when I complained, they say it's not down to them to pay the duty. Awful customer service, complete RIP off merchants!

Good day ladies and gents thinking of purchasing PonyO products. I purchased 8 of their products based on comments I read on IG. My experience with PonyO has been the complete opposite!!! PonyO claims to keep your hair up without needing adjustments.... these are false claims!!! I’ve tried the regular size PonyO, the PonyO 2.0, the bun bar and both pony holders I’m consistently having to readjust approx 2 hrs.... the bun bar is worse!! It does not shape and sticks out!!! Then your hair gets all tangled with the bar ends sticking out and so hard to remove!!! I’ve reached out to PonyO twice now and they completely ignore me.... I know they’ve seen my complaint as they address all the other IG positive and inquiring comments.... I’d like to return their products that don’t deliver.... no replies from customer service
