Waste of money. Slides right out of my hair.

Just bought this does not work on thin fine hair. Keeps sliding out. Does not tighten up enough.

I bought this for my and my friend because it looked amazing. But i'm really dissapointed. When you put the pony bit higher it always get loose. And i have blond kinda tiny hair so it's not the weight. My friend share the same opinion unfortunatelly. And the taxes for getting it were extremely. I paid over 50 euro for 2 sets (of 2) to Belgium.

I have a long, full head of medium to fine hair ..this pony o was not a smart buy, and in fact a regular hair elastic works better and holds my hair up higher and better..

I really love mine but I will say it works best if you 'dirty' up your hair. So I only use it on day two or three after a wash (and why put your newly washed hair up anyway - that is when you enjoy your hair down) or use a bit of dry shampoo/textured powder so your hair has some 'grip'. I have thin hair so I do find that blowing my hair out and then adding body by curling it help with the 'fullness' when using the pony-o products. I like that it doesn't hurt my hair like rubber band types do so I don't mind the styling required for these products as I do have less hair breakage now.

Fast shipping for me, but the product does not work as explained. Pony tail is nice and tight to begin with, but slowly loosens and starts to sag. O have to replace it several times in the day and today I even just went with my hair down for a while because I was so sick of it. I have only had it for 1 week. They also have claims for being great to workout in, but if you do anything that involves laying your head down, it immediately loosens. Not for me.

This product is not for me. I have thin, fine hair and it gave me a headache every time i wore it. Me and a friend bought these together and she loved hers, but after only using it for a little over a month, the copper broke. She bent it in a different place each time and it did not keep that copper from breaking. Useless. I wrote the company telling them of my disappointment and included that I am not expecting replacement, whats the point. Do not waste your money.

Terrible products. I ordered the XK and a bun bar; it does not hold my hair in a tight high ponytail at all. In fact it's worse than an elastic. The bun bar does not work AT ALL. A total waste of money. This website should be taken down and the products taken off the market.

Lasted 2 months. Took forever to get a replacement got one of these back in December. Here's my experience: Immediately after attempting to use it EXACTLY as the their tutorials instruct, the pony o slid down my hair within 20 minutes. It doesn't stay tight and you're constantly having to take it off and put it on again. I wasn't even exercising just doing stuff around the house. I don't know if it just doesn't work on straight silky hair or if you have to have a lot of product in your hair to create a texture for it to grab onto, or what. It doesn't stay on. AND from reapplying it so much it does snap. The copper ring inside snaps. When I reached out for a replacement they said they'd send one but they also recommended that you warm it in your hands before trying to flatten it out again so that it doesn't snap. Where was this is their advertisement or in their instructions? Anyway they kept forgetting to out the replacement in the mail until the last time I reached out and they actually provided a tracking number. They sent 2 which was nice.
