Over promise...WAY under deliver
They took almost 5 weeks to arrive. They mentioned a delay due to covid which I understood but they were supposed to arrive in CO late May and I didnt get them until mid June with no update email after the initial order confirmation. The product is OK at best. It doesnt hold my hair like advertised and I have both the regular and thick hair ones. Too expensive for what they are and don't deliver as advertised. Also, crappy customer service. I will not order again nor recommend.
Pony-NO
Doesn’t work. I was expecting a perky, full of life ponytail and instead I got a lifeless, sagging, sad excuse of a ponytail that doesn’t hold well. I have straight, silky hair so I tried multiple times to set it and “do it correctly” but each time got the same result. They advertise anti-breakage, yet in fact, I had the most breakage I’ve ever experienced while taking the Pony-o out of my hair. It’s rubbery so it sticks easily to your hair pulling it out. I also ordered the bun bar which is an even bigger joke than the Pony-o. It’s made of rubber, so again it pulls and causes breakage, but even worse is that there’s no clasp or anything to set the circle in place once you make it. The directions say to just “overlap” the ends, but it doesn’t even remotely stay in place and unravels the second you let go. Very disappointed in these products. Save your money and just buy regular hair ties.

Crappy-O
I was lured in and scammed by this product. 1. Pricey for cheap sh!t that is made in China 2. Doesn’t “make your pony pop”. In fact, good luck on trying to make a pony at all that actually stays in your hair. 3. If I have to study tutorials and attempt more than twice to get the results shown in all of their videos, forget it. 4. They remove negative comments from their FB advertising posts. They removed mine and send me a DM basically calling me a dumb-ass for not knowing how to use the great Crappy-O - but here are 50 more video links and 20 pages of instructions because it’s you and not our product. 5. If you look at the advertising videos, did you notice that all of the models have hair extensions? I wonder if that is the trick to getting a “perky pony”? 6. I was fortunate enough to get a refund on the (2) slim crappy-o and (2) bun bar my ass that I returned. It took 8 days from the time the return was delivered back to their front desk. 7. Shipping took a little over a month because you know, the crap was riding on a cargo freighter across the ocean from China. 8. I’m pissed at myself for being lured in and duped by such a ridiculous product. 9. Don’t fall for the hair hype because it doesn’t exist. 10. Are all of the women that rated this thing 5 stars high on crack? They must be because any other reason for believing this crappy-o is anything but craptastic is concerning.

It’s been seven weeks since I ordered. I still have not received my order. I have sent numerous emails and messages. I get generic emails full of excuses in return. I have never been so disgusted with a company.
Horrible Customer Service, Lack of responsibility
I ordered one regular band, 2 smaller 2.0 bands, and a bun bar on April 3, 2020, and one smaller pony o was missing from my order. I reached out via phone -no response. I reached out via email stating that I was missing a white 2.0 band. The rep who answered was quick to dismiss my claim because I accidentally called it white instead of light blonde (way to work with your customers.) When I followed up, they said sorry and that they would forward my message. Two weeks later, I had to follow up again and they said I should receive it the first weeks of May. I even posted a cordial comment on Facebook about my missing order, and it got deleted. (way to censor your content.) Finally at the end of May, I threatened to dispute the charge and simply got a UPS tracking number, for an item that never shipped and never came. Did the product work? Yes. Did the customer service and lack of responsibility totally kill it for me? Most definitely. It's a Shane to leave a trusting, first time customer with such a bitter taste.
I bought a Pony-o and a bun bar…
I bought a Pony-o and a bun bar directly from their website. I loved for the first month but after that the metal inside the silicone broke. I contacted their customer service and they will only replace if the purchase is within one month. After that, you need to pay shipping and handling. I only used the thing for a little over a month! And used it as directed in their pamphlet. Disappointing that they wouldn’t replace. I did like it but it’s too expensive to replace them every month.

My VERY first negative review (what an honor!); This review comes as a result of a “3 strikes you’re out” experience. Product does not work for my intended purpose - no damaging hair tie that does not fall out Product is broken after a month of minimal use Poor customer service So here’s the review; Received bands, they do not hold in place. Actually they do for about 30 minutes ONLY if I’m inactive! Any activity and it slides out. I have a head full of fine hair so I only wore while outside when it got hotter, months after I received it. I did the recommended ‘bend in different spots (which I did without thought initially and thought that I messed it up by not keeping the original bend as it didn’t stay in my hair. Then saw the recommendation to bend in different spots) YET the metal material inside busted through. I believe I purchased the bands in March. I can’t attest to the non damage side, but I can’t attest to the fact that it does NOT stay put. Then the topper was the customer service experience below; May 30 - notified via email with image of broken pony O band. May 31 - rep responded and asked for an image of the pony O logo inside the band and said I could pay $3 to get a new one. Replied with image that day. I said I didn’t know about paying more for something that isn’t working. June 7 - No response, I had to follow up. June 8 - A different rep responded that I’d receive a shipping invoice within 24 hours. July 1 - No invoice, no update, no replacement. Once again followed up. July 1 - Original rep responded that I can pay $3 to pay shipping for replacement. I gave this company an opportunity to make things right but, they risked a bad review for $3! I’ve read in a couple of places they remove bad reviews which is in line with my experience.
Does not work as advertised
Does not work as advertised. It will fall and slip after 5 minutes even without movement. I thought it was just me but I see most people rate it with one star. It deserves one star 100%. I thought it was because I have silky asian hair but Goody hairties work well with my hair.

It goes up easily enough but within 20 to 30 minutes, it completely falls down with any movement. Don't spend the money, unfortunately. I was so excited when I first put it in and even when it feel i thought I must've done something wrong. Nope. It just doesn't work.
