Shipping took about a month. I read instructions and watched videos. There is PULLING of hair. To top it off I got a headache within minutes of putting this junk in my hair. Useless. Ill stick with my teleties. Do not waste your money on a pony-o!!!

THIS DOES NOT WORK. THEY TRIED CLAIMING I ONLY SENT HALF OF THE ITEMS BACK, HOWEVER, I LEARNED THE HARD WAY TO TAKE PICS OF WHAT IS RETURNED. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BBB. THE PRODUCT ITSELF SUCKS. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN

OMG THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST!!!! They charge your card PRIOR to shipping. They state they are a US company and that is complete bull because when and IF you DO receive your product it’s clearly made in China. Not to mention they are absolute CRAP and do not work. Then to top it off once you receive them 2 months later it costs half of your purchase to ship back 4 hair ties it was freaking $22! That is ABSURD. This is a SCAM company just like every other Instagram company. DO NOT BUY. Also they delete Instagram comments and it seems like fake accounts are posting the reviews. I already filed with the BBB. I want ALL of my money back including the $22 it took to ship to Colorado. Mind you I’m in So Cal so shipping should be a flat fee of $5 MAX!

Honestly, I don't even know how this company is still going. None of their products worked. It doesn't stay on at all. No secure hold. And its so ex for a hair tie and took ages to arrive. So pissed, I want my money back.

Actually I just received my Pony O in the mail and it came with a little carry bag and instruction booklet. I purchased from the actual website. Not from Amazon or Ebay. My hair is about an inch to an inch and a half in thickness when put into a hair tie. It holds even my wet hair after a shower. I give mine more of a C shape than the rainbow they suggest. I also flatten the hair out with the Pony O and bend the ends down into a C. I haven't had any issues. Hopefully they will last longer than a traditional hair tie does for me.. Each persons experience is different and what may not work for you could work great for someone else!

Really pay attention to the reviews here and not the Pony O website. They don’t post the negative reviews. This is a terrible product that didn’t even come close to working. Just so you are aware, you will pay initial shipping to you and then when you most definitely return it, you pay that shipping as well. Basically throw $10-15 out the window when you purchase this horrible product. They also don’t come in any package whatsoever so you’re probably gonna get the ones that I returned. Save your time and money and don’t buy. So Pony O will probably see this review and respond with some elaborate heartfelt response apologizing for my bad experience and try to back their false claims up with more false claims. I warned you just like the many other negative reviews. If you like your hard earned money then stay away from Pony O.

Week 5 and still no delivery. I had to email them for update on shipment to hear they are holding my order till they get a sold out item (didnt say sold out when I ordered it). I hope they are worth the 5-6 week wait. Not happy with their customer service.

LOVE this product! I tell everyone I see w/long hair how wonderful the Pony-O is! I have long, heavy, naturally curly, thick hair--the Pony-O has made my life so wonderful! No pulling, no slipping, no constant adjusting, no headache--and no hair loss when it's removed! Totally the opposite of the hundreds and hundreds of elastic-coated bands I've bought and used through the years. I've re-ordered several time--the products always arrive in an extremely quick manner. I've also purchased the bun-barz--but really haven't played around with it too much. I was so shocked to read all the poor ratings on Trustpilot--totally the opposite of every interaction and product that I've had w/Pony-O!! I expected these products to be another waste of money--so I was so shocked and happy to discover they are so great! Honestly, they have made my life much happier!

Really poor product not at like advertised. Company refuses to refund because 30 days after purchase even though it took more than 30 days to get the item.
