The rim on the left front was dented on…

The rim on the left front was dented on the inside and the front fender had over spay from a repair done to the car. The manager said that the car had never had an accident or major repair. We will never send anyone to Easterns Auto.

I received awesome service

I received awesome service, I was in and left with a vehicle in less than three hours. My sales person Glenda at the St.Barnabas Rd in Maryland was awesome and the whole team. Thank you Eastern Motors.

Buying a car is a big $ deal

Buying a car is a big $ deal. At the Dealer paperwork is a long time consuming thing for a buyer once a descicion is made. Not telling the buyer ahead of this long process that the car is been involve on an accident is unfair and in our case became a huge problem later.

My salesperson did an awesome job of selling me the car after I drove away a couple of weeks I came back to have brakes repaired the manager was very rude nasty and treated me like I couldn't afford a car even though I just purchase a car Before i purchased the car the manager was so nice and friendly and now that I own the car and sign the final papers he turned into a complete a****** I would never go back there or send anyone there

Bad quality

on the way home, the paint on the rear-view mirror started to crack, call to notify them and they told me that they could not do anything and blame on me.
