BUYER BEWARE
High pressure sale requiring co-signer!!! 5 WEEKS out car had 2 FLAT TIRES Car was supposed to have PASSED STATE INSPECTION Tires on rear end were turned inside out so the wear on tire treads were not visible to have failed state inspection. 7 WEEKS out was faced with DAILY BATTERY JUMPS TO GET ME TO AND FROM WORK BATTERY REPLACEMENT WAS REQUIRED. Fifth day of battery jumps caused internal system to fail and "lock the car down". Could not drive car. Tires locked so the car could not drive from the lot at work. BUYER BEWARE SHOULD BE THE MOTTO FOR THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES

It was a great experience working with my salesman Ali. No complaints
No follow through
During the sales process the service was superior but when there was a problem with my tags the communication ceased one phone call was made without a message being left and none of my follow up messages were returned until the day before the temporary tags expired. That part of the experience will keep me from recommending Eastern’s to a car shopper.

poor customer service
Floyd was a cool guy to work with he helped a lot. But 2 weeks after I got my car My check engine light came on, I called the dealership and they did everything to blame me about why the light came on. Then they took 2 more weeks just to fix the problem after they told me they were going to put in a claim because I wasn’t covered under warranty. Completely unprofessional!!!

They had the car I wanted, Price was right. Trade-in was reasonable. But the salesman didn't tell the processor that I wanted to transfer my plates from the trade-in, so they issued a temporary tag. Then I only found out that the registration had been issued via the DMV online. Paid to get a duplicate registration so I could put my own plates on. When I talked to Easterns, they still hadn't notified me they had the registration. Guy claimed he had only gotten it that day, although they had had it there for several days. I asked for them to reimburse me for the duplicate registration, but they refused. Also, I have requested to be removed from their email list, but they have not done so. These are little things, but they show a lack of attention to detail and of customer service.
