What made my experience great
What made my experience great. Was both Jules and Gunnar quickly addressed my blown tweeter. I was concerned my speakers would be out of commission for my Christmas party December 28th. Jules and Gunnar understood my situation and quickly provided me with a detailed video on how to remove the tweeter and test it while I was doing this they already getting the tweeter ready for shipping. I confirmed the tweeter was blown and received confirmation from DHL my package was on its way the next day. I Contacted customer service December 16th Jules immediately called me when I requested a call so I could explain my situation and Jules completely understood my dilemma since I live in Canada. They acted swiftly to assure the tweeter would arrive well before my Christmas party. Thanks guys Jeff
