Shipping was a bit of a problem. One half of my order went to my credit card billing address and the other half went to the shipping address. Also, one of my speakers didn't have a spike/feet kit however they sent a new kit right away. All of that is very very minor in comparison to the excellence of these speakers. These are the best sounding speakers (1723 thx towers) I've ever owned and they are built rock solid. After listening for just a few minutes I couldn't recall any shipping or feet issues, all I could say is I absolutely love these speakers. Worth every penny for sure... thanks to the team at Arendal, super happy with my new gear!

Had amazing service with a faulty amp on arrival. Also I lost a port plug on one of my subs and they shipped one out at no cost. Amazing products and service to back it up!

Arendal have very helpful and knowledgeable staff, always friendly and quick to reply. Can't complain about the products either - definitely worth the price tag IMO, so happy I bought my subwoofer. Wish there were options with wooden designs, though I must admit, I quickly got used to the matte black finish and loving it every day I'm looking at it!
