Wrote to support about all sorts of questions regarding 1723 sub. They are very quick and friendly to answer. I ordered and received 2 pcs. 1723 1S sub. When you unpack them you really get the feeling of quality, have not regretted. Only recommendations from here.

Where do I begin?

3 days just trying to make the actual purchase. Payment system is defective and also caused my own bank and credit card company to freeze my accounts. Presale-Juan called me back and was the only live person i spoke to during this 30 days of inquiring and purchasing and after the sale was complete, No one ever answered a phone, nor did anyone actually respond to the live-chat function. 3-5 days in communications. Package arrived missing 2 speakers. 14 days later still no speakers. Broken promises on multiply occasions. Christmas was a huge let down and disaster. Instead of receiving what i paid for I was issued a refund without anyone just correcting the issue and the matter. I thought maybe i was in the twilight zone or an alternate universe. In 50 years, I have never had to work so hard and waste 10-15 hours just to make a purchase of this amount and another 10-15 hours trying to get what i paid for actually delivered. Juan was great. The website is very good. Pay service is buggy and glitchy. The Chat now button and phone number should just be removed because no one answers the line or the live-chat in the 30 days i tried to do business. Not one time. I just can't believe no one fixed the issue. Even after i asked for a refund for the speakers the first time, I was completely ignored and instead I was told it would be expedited immediately and a tracking number would be arriving shortly. 5 days later of inquiring about the tracking number and not receiving the speakers yet again, I reiterated i want a refund, which was done that day for just the missing speakers. Now I have to deal with returning the rest of the speakers i did pay for and they are heavy and disabled so I'll have to hired some guys to deal with that, but nothing was ever communicated back about this and i haven't received a shipping label or instructions. It's a real shame, because the product is superb. sound and build quality is amazing. this order was just for my 84 yr old dad who just moved into my home bc my mother passed away. I really planned on buying the 1528 tower 8 full setup for my living room if this order went through smoothly and the sound experience was good. the latter is true. I'm literally depressed over all this, but I'm not angry, nor do I have any hatred or malice for Arendal. I just got very unlucky I guess multiple times.

Speakers arrived beautifully packed and…

Speakers arrived beautifully packed and fast. Have about 40 hours on them now and they have really opened up. Sounded a bit harsh and constrained to start but really sounding much smoother now. Also the sound stage is just huge compared to my old def techs.

A minor missing part (magnetic grill badge) was promptly replaced. It seemed like there were quite a few steps involved on Arendal's part, but it looks like they have a lot of oversight on any warranty concern - that seems like a good thing.
