My daughter in law ordered lobster Mac and cheese. The crust was burned and there was barely any lobster in it. When I mentioned it to the staff she brought back a thimble full of lobster. Really if you are going to have lobster Mac and cheese put lobster in it or dont have it in your menu

I ordered shoes, unfortunately I got the size wrong but they were beautiful, exactly as advertised. They arrived on time. I had communication many times with the Merchant, each time very successful, always replying very promptly and efficiently. I look forward to my next visit to their store. Can't praise them enough.

I ordered a box of electrical wire connectors that I had seen online and they arrived exactly as described. I must confess that they did take a little longer than most things I had ordered before - just over a month all told however I did send an email to customer services and they were more than happy to either refund me or send out a replacement, which I thought was very good. Unfortunately the tracking option was not working and neither myself or customer services were able to locate the whereabouts of the product. The product actually turned up a day or so later so I was able to cancel the re-sending of the product. I think given the current pandemic and the fact that everywhere is suffering (staffing-wise and trying keep everyone safe) that they did a brilliant job.

The product knee supports have helped me get good support because I have a bakers cyst on the back of my right knee. But since using the knee support has helped me start walking again. Because I couldn’t walk very well at all.

Customer service is next to none. If I could give them 10*, I would. Would definitely recommend and use them again

Can I please rate 0 Stars???? This company is diabolically awful. Ordered an item over a month ago, received nothing. Emailed the company who sent a replacement which still didn't arrive. Requested a refund through them for them to tell me they have requested it from wowcher who will email me to tell me when the refund will be received. Had no email from Wowcher now 2 weeks later. I give up hope of receiving the item and have had to threaten Trading Standards as this is beyond a joke.
