Luke Dixon is a Superstar at Timothy Oulton (TO) in Culver City! We've always enjoyed shopping at TO because of the Great products and Luke's presence at the store makes for the best possible experience! His knowledge of the products and materials, along with his creative interior design background has helped us make decisions on the furniture we have purchased. TO is our favorite store when we are looking to buy furniture that is special for our house. And we always look forward to being warmly greeted by Luke at the store. He always makes us feel welcome and is ready to share ideas when we tell him what we're looking to buy... We look forward to our next visit to TO!

Knowing I was heading down to Bath to live, I started trawling the interiors shops of central London back in January and was surprised that pretty much every showroom was displaying very similar systems and designs….until I walked into Timothy Oulton on the Tottenham Court Road and immediately knew that this was the place and designer that was going to furnish my new home. Initially, Rogerio was both kind and helpful and then the fabulous Neola took over and really helped me visualise and select the right pieces for my 3 bedroom house. Further down the line, I spotted some other pieces in the TO shop in Chelsea and Sam could not have been kinder and more helpful. Now all the furniture has arrived and is in place, my home is truly unique and fun, seriously comfortable and quite simply a real delight to live it. All the furniture is really well made and is of the highest quality….everything I could have hoped for and visualised. And, as a nice aside, I have had many friends come and visit and just love what TO, Neola and Sam have created with me. Really, the whole experience has been exciting, fun and so immensely rewarding and I cannot thank the wonderful staff at Timothy Oulton enough for their thoughtfulness and spirited participation in making my home….my home!

Couldn't recommend Sam at the Bluebird Flagship more. He was a brilliant help when we visited in store and couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. Thank you for making our sofa purchasing experience a joy, Sam! Grace.

Kurt at the Bluebird branch was beyond exceptional. I bought an item for my partner’s birthday as a surprise, Kurt helped me plan, and deliver the item without my partner suspecting a thing. He also helped spin a tale so my partner really had no idea what was happening! It was all brilliantly executed. Thank you so much!
